INTL 3E FAIR

Driven by a common goal to support the community by meeting acSince 2020, the "3E International Talent Exchange Events have taken "Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Industry Development" as their core focus.

自2020年起，“三业”国际人才交流活动以“就业、创业、兴业”为主线，已累计举办60余场论坛、招聘会与创享活动，吸引300余家企业与5500名海内外人才参与，成为长宁区国际化发展的重要窗口。

To date, they have hosted over 60 forums, job fairs, and innovation-sharing activities, attracting more than 300 enterprises and 5,500 domestic and foreign talents to participate. These events have become a key window for the international development of Changning District.As one of the co-organizers, TEC has long been committed to promoting Chinese-foreign exchanges and advancing the integration of international communities. With families and communities at its core, TEC has built an "International Community Co-construction Platform" that connects the government, enterprises, and residents.

TEC作为承办方之一，长期致力于促进中外交流、推动国际社区融合，并以家庭与社区为核心，打造连接政府、企业与居民的“国际社群共建平台”。

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS 亮点

On November 1, the 2025 “3E” Exchange – Sustainable Entrepreneurship Growth Workshop, co-organized by the Shanghai Family Life Service Center (TEC Project) and the World Economic Forum Global Shapers – Shanghai Zizhu Hub, was successfully held at the Ningjuli Gubei Better Life Community Center. The workshop provided an international, hands-on exchange platform and a space to broaden global perspectives, helping entrepreneurs break through cognitive boundaries around internationalization and drive innovative development.

11月1日，由上海爱满家家庭服务中心（TEC项目组）和世界经济论坛全球杰出青年-上海紫竹社区承办的2025【三业】交流会之可持续创业成长工作坊在宁聚里·古北美好生活党群服务站成功举行。本次工作坊构建国际化实战交流场景与视野拓展生态，助力创业者突破国际化的认知边界，推动创新发展。

The workshop was moderated by Wang Weiqing, a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers – Shanghai Zizhu Hub. Mentors included Wang Jialiang, CEO of CooTek, Executive Dean of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Institute of Industrial Research, and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper; Liu Yuqing, CEO of Paybree and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper; and Zou Jian from DEKRA China. Participants included alumni from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Tongji University, East China Normal University, Zhejiang University and other institutions, as well as expatriates from the United States, Italy, Sweden, Mongolia, Iran, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Liberia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Tanzania, Honduras and other countries/regions. Throughout the full-day workshop, participants pooled their wisdom and engaged in intense discussion. After the event, online Q&A support will continue to be provided to participants, further empowering them on their entrepreneurial journeys.

本次工作坊由世界经济论坛全球杰出青年-上海紫竹社区成员王维清主持，触宝（CooTek）CEO、上海交大工研院执行院长、世界经济论坛全球杰出青年王佳梁，Paybree CEO、世界经济论坛全球杰出青年刘雨晴，DEKRA德凯中国的邹坚作为导师出席，工作坊有来自上海交通大学、复旦大学、同济大学、华东师范大学、浙江大学等校友，来自美国、意大利、瑞典、蒙古、伊朗、乌克兰、保加利亚、利比里亚、津巴布韦、尼日利亚、坦桑尼亚、洪都拉斯等国家/地区的外籍人士参与，全天的工作坊集思广益、激烈讨论，本次工作坊还会在在会后继续为参与者们提供线上答疑，持续为其创业赋能。

The successful event drew widespread attention and support from many outstanding individuals who are currently starting businesses or preparing to do so. It concluded on a high note amid vigorous idea-sharing and in-depth exchanges. The 2025 “3E” Exchange Series marks its sixth year, and the “Entrepreneurship” segment remains committed to bringing together alumni entrepreneurs from leading universities worldwide and from diverse countries and regions, continuously empowering them to tackle the various challenges they face along the road of entrepreneurship.

本次活动的成功举办受到了来自诸多正在创业与准备创业的优秀人员的广泛关注和支持，活动在大家激烈碰撞和深入交流中圆满结束。2025【三业】交流会已迎来第六载，“创业”板块始终致力于汇聚来自全球不同国家、地区及海内外顶尖高校的校友创业者，为他们应对创业路上的各类挑战持续赋能。

The first ever non-profit organization supported by the Shanghai municipal government to help expatriates and Chinese returnees build a home away from home, TEC urges more corporates to see needs of people that are beyond the surface; a bigger picture that includes the wider community.

TEC是上海市政府支持的第一家非盈利机构，其目的是帮助外籍人士和海归人群在上海建立家。TEC鼓励更多的企业不仅仅看到人们表面的需求，而是看见一个全景包括更广泛社区。

Not just another job fair, the 3E is how the community is showing genuinecare and offering a helping hand to the wider community on a grassroots level. This event is calling out to people who have lost their jobs; graduates who are faced with uncertainty in their career paths; businesses that have been impacted by the downward spiral of the economy; driven entrepreneurs that are struggling with their start-ups – help is available and you need not be alone in your journey.

3E不仅仅是另一个招聘会，它还向社区展示了真正的关怀，并为基层的广大社区提供了帮助。这项活动正在向失业者发出呼吁。在职业道路上面临不确定性的毕业生；受经济下滑影响的企业；创业者苦苦挣扎的企业家–可以提供帮助，您在旅途中不必孤单。
