TEC MEN is a community for men in Shanghai to strengthen family relationships, grow personally, and build meaningful connections. Through shared experiences and curated events, we support men in becoming more present husbands, fathers, and community members—balancing work, family, and well-being.

TEC MEN 是一个为在上海生活的男性而设立的社区，帮助大家加强家庭关系、促进个人成长，并建立有意义的人际连结。通过精心设计的活动与共同体验，我们陪伴每位男性成为更专注的丈夫、父亲和社区成员，在工作、家庭与自我之间找到平衡。

TEC Men hosts a variety of monthly events designed to strengthen family bonds and build lasting connections:

1. COUPLE EVENTS

夫妻活动 | 建立坚固又健康的婚姻关系

Marriage is the foundation of every strong family, and TEC Men places high value on nurturing that foundation. Our couple events will include teaching, connection moments, and meaningful conversations to help couples understand each other better.

婚姻是每一个强大家庭的根基，因此 TEC Men 非常重视夫妻关系的经营。我们的夫妻活动将帮助夫妻重新连结、沟通、理解彼此，让婚姻更加稳固。

We will introduce the Marriage Course — a practical, relationship-building journey designed to help couples grow closer and build a lasting, healthy marriage. It includes:

·Tools for better communication

·Understanding love languages

·Handling conflict in a healthy way

·Deepening emotional and physical intimacy

·Building a strong partnership through different seasons of life

The course is private, non-judgmental, and suitable for all couples — whether they are newly married or have been married for decades.

我们也将引入恩爱婚姻课程。这是一套全球广泛使用的婚姻成长课程，适合任何阶段的夫妻。课程内容包括：有效沟通的技巧；了解彼此的爱之语；健康处理冲突的方法；情感与亲密关系的建立；面对不同人生阶段的婚姻支持。课程氛围轻松、不评判，提供完全私密的空间，让夫妻可以真诚交流和成长。

2. GROW AS ONE FAMILY

让家庭一起成长，更加紧密

Family events provide parents and children with an opportunity to bond, share laughter, and create lasting memories. But beyond fun, we want families to grow more understanding.

家庭活动为父母与孩子提供共度美好时光的机会，让家庭在欢乐中增进感情。除了活动本身，我们也希望帮助家庭建立更健康的成长环境。

At this stage, we will also incorporate principles from the Parenting Course. This practical, encouraging course helps parents:

·Build strong, secure relationships with their children

·Set healthy boundaries with love

·Understand child development and emotional needs

·Communicate effectively at every age

·Create a peaceful, supportive home environment

This course empowers parents to raise confident, resilient kids in today’s complex world.

除了一些家庭活动，我们还会为父母们加入一套亲子关系课程。这是一套非常实用的课程来帮助父母：建立安全感强的亲子关系; 在爱与界限之间取得平衡; 了解孩子的身心发展需要; 建立有效沟通; 打造平静、充满支持的家庭氛围。课程能够帮助父母在快速变化的时代中，培养自信、有韧性的孩子。

3. REAL TALKS & GROWTH

真实分享，真实成长

Men’s fellowship creates that space through honest conversations, life-sharing and peer support, and discussions about marriage, fatherhood, leadership, and personal growth. Here, men sharpen one another — becoming stronger leaders, husbands, and fathers.

我们的男性团契正是为此而设，提供一个让男士们交流、分享和成长的平台；透过真实的生命分享、主题讨论与彼此支持、户外活动与早餐聚会，以及围绕婚姻、父亲角色、领导力与个人成长等主题的交流，在这里，男人彼此激励，一步一步成为更好的丈夫、父亲与领导者。
