As an Embedded Motor Drive (EMD) Application Engineer (AE) at Melexis, you will develop deep technical expertise in Melexis EMD products and solutions. Your primary goal is to provide expert technical support and contribute to business growth for our EMD customers.

You will work closely with Melexis Field Application Engineers (FAEs), European product line technical experts, and account managers. This collaboration aims to develop motor drive solutions suitable for robotic applications, creating value for our customers through technology, application innovation, and business insights.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing hardware and software design schemes and development plans. This includes Algorithm and basic software development. Target motor types include:
✔ Coreless and frameless brushless DC (BLDC) motors.
✔ Stepper motors.
✔ DC motors.

Collecting and researching specific technical requirements from the market and customers.

Performing related testing, verification, and continuous improvement.

Outputting comprehensive solution test reports and application documentation.

Providing training and technical guidance on difficult issues to the internal technical team and customer R&D teams.

Basic Requirements :
5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or three years of work experience with a master's degree in electrical engineering, working as a research and development engineer or application engineer for Embedded Moto Driver software and algorithms related to Embedded Moto Driver algorithms.
具备电气工程领域工程本科学位，且拥有5年以上工作经验，或拥有硕士学位且3年以上工作经验。具有EMD算法研发经验，或从事过EMD相关软件/算法开发的工程师（包括研发工程师及应用工程师）优先考虑。
A positive attitude and excellent, rapid learning ability are fundamental requirements.

Strong English proficiency in communication, reading, and writing.

Proven ability to summarize difficult technical issues in a simple and clear manner.

Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
