As a Robotics Field Applications Engineer specializing in Melexis' Tactile Sensors, you will build strong technical expertise in Melexis' tactile products and solutions. Your goal is to provide expert technical support and participate actively in business growth for our robotics customers.

Actively develop robotics-related customers and explore project opportunities by promoting the advantages of Melexis products and solutions. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Lines, and agent teams in these efforts. Drive project Design-In and Design-Win by providing technical support, innovation, and commercial value to customers.

Provide professional technical support to customers in the field by mastering Melexis solutions, products, and customer-specific applications.

Work closely with Product Lines to offer the best-fitting (cost-effective) Melexis products and solutions. Gain deep understanding of customer systems and applications to meet design requirements and resolve technical issues.

Provide technical training and supports to distributors, especially distributor FAEs. Follow up on key ongoing projects with distributor FAEs to ensure project advancement and ultimate success.

Actively support company-organized events like public exhibitions, technical seminars, and online webinars by providing expertise in technical knowledge, system applications, and market trends.
积极支持公司组织的公开展览、技术研讨会、线上研讨会等活动，为活动提供专业的技术支持，包含技术知识讲解、系统应用分享、市场技术趋势分析等。
Basic Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of work experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of work experience. (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in R&D, AE, or FAE directly related to sensors or more specifically tactile sensors.)
具备电子/电气工程类本科学位，且拥有5年以上工作经验，或拥有硕士学位且3年以上工作经验。（有传感器或者触觉传感器直接相关的RD、AE或FAE工作经验者优先）
A positive and proactive attitude, coupled with strong and fast learning ability.
具备积极的工作态度和良好、快速的学习能力。
Experience in Robotic applications, Technical Marketing, or Field Application Engineering (FAE) directly related to position sensors, encoder sensors, motor drivers, or robotic designs is highly preferred. Experience in the robotics market, including electronics design, sensor design or application, and both software and hardware expertise.
具有与位置传感器、编码器传感器、电机驱动器或机器人设计直接相关的机器人应用、技术营销或现场应用工程（FAE）工作经验者优先 。有机器人市场经验者，包括电子设计、传感器设计或应用方面经验，以及具备软硬件经验者优先 。
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Proven ability to summarize complex requirements and difficult technical problems into simple, clear communication.
