Job Responsibilities:
As an Application Software Engineer (AE) at Melexis, you will establish strong technical expertise in software solutions relevant to Melexis products. Your role is crucial in collaborating with the team to provide expert technical support and participate in business growth for our robotics customers.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for Melexis products, ensuring robust compatibility with hardware platforms and strict adherence to performance standards.

Lead the creation of critical upper-level (上位机) GUI/HMI interfaces. You will prioritize usability, responsiveness, and alignment with customer workflow needs to optimize product interaction.

Collaborate closely with the Robotics Team to align software development efforts with overall robotic system requirements, ensuring the seamless integration of Melexis products into various robotic applications.

Partner with the Product Line Team to gather essential customer feedback, define precise software requirements, and iterate on solutions to proactively address evolving market needs.

Conduct thorough debugging, performance optimization, and comprehensive documentation of software code, APIs, and user guides to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.

Support customer technical inquiries related to software usage, providing timely troubleshooting and delivering solution recommendations to effectively resolve issues.

Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies (including embedded systems, AI/ML, and GUI frameworks) and industry best practices to drive innovation within Melexis software solutions.

Basic Requirements :
5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or 3 years of work experience with a master's degree in electrical engineering, working as a research and development engineer or application engineer in areas such as application software, sensor algorithms, or AI application software.

A positive attitude and excellent, rapid learning ability are fundamental requirements.
