As a Robotics Field Applications Engineer specializing in Melexis' Magnetic and Inductive Position Sensors, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring customer success. You will develop deep technical expertise in our position sensor products and solutions to provide expert-level technical support to our robotics customers.

Proactively drive Design IN and Design WIN for projects by delivering value to customers through technical support, innovation, and commercial insights.

Provide professional, on-site technical support to customers by building comprehensive technical knowledge of both Melexis solutions/products and customers’ specific applications.

Deeply understand customer systems and applications to collaborate with Product Lines. This ensures the provision of the most suitable (cost-effective) products and solutions, meeting design requirements and resolving technical issues.

Collect and synthesize information regarding market technical trends, new product needs, and common field issues. Provide timely feedback to the Product Line, contributing valuable insights to the company's product roadmap and future development.

Provide technical training and continuous support to distributors, particularly their FAE teams. Track and follow up on key ongoing projects in collaboration with distributor FAEs to ensure successful project completion.

Actively support company-organized events, including public exhibitions and online/technical seminars. Contribute technical expertise on product knowledge, system applications, and technical market trends to these events.

Basic Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5+ years of work experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of work experience. (Preference: if you have the experiences in RD, AE, or FAE roles in Magnetic and Inductive Position Sensor/Encoder solutions and product design and applications.)

The following candidates are preferred: with experience in robot electronics design, sensor design or application, and both software and hardware experience.

Strong English proficiency in communication, reading, and writing is required.
