Passenger Sales Representative & Passenger Service
Job Title: Passenger Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Passenger Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting the airline's commercial sales efforts, developing relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position involves sales support, market engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
o Support the sales team in achieving all key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry partners.
o Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and promoting airline products and services.
2. Client Engagement & Support:
o Provide professional sales support to travel agencies and corporate partners, ensuring their inquiries and needs are met efficiently.
o Organize and participate in regular training sessions and workshops for travel agencies to enhance product knowledge and drive bookings.
3. Coordination & Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal departments (e.g., ticketing, customer service, and operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
o Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and fare strategies.
4. Market Awareness & Reporting:
o Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights to the sales manager.
o Prepare reports and data analysis to track sales performance and suggest areas for improvement.
5. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks:
o Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
o Assist the Sales Manager with various tasks as required to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Education:
o Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
2. Industry Experience:
o 1-3 years of work experience in the airline industry, travel management companies (TMCs), or related fields.
o Familiarity with passenger sales, airline reservation systems, and distribution channels is preferred.
3. Skills & Competencies:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and travel partners.
o Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken).
o Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
o Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Title: Passenger Service
Station: Beijing Capital International Airport
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure airport safety and security standards
2. - Deliver superior service to our internal and external customers
3. - Acknowledge and follow corporate policies and procedures as outlined in manuals
4. - Consider the cost of various options to the Company
5. - Cover the back office as well as administrative function as requested
6. - Direct and supervise handling agents
7. - Instruct handling agents on the irregular operation procedures to ensure efficient handling with minimum inconvenience to our customers
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Extensive knowledge of passenger handling and operational procedures at airport
2. - Skill and knowledge of Sabre
3. - Excellent and efficient communication skills internally and externally, both In Chinese and English
4. - Strong interpersonal skill leading to solve the problem for irregular operations and customer claims
5. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize with proper judgement
6. - Excellent personal skill on MS Office (Word, Excel)
7. - Present a neat and groomed appearance and maintain a favorable attitude to our internal and external customers
8. - Work in irregular hours when required
