阿斯塔纳航空集团目前拥有61架现代客机，航线网络包含60多条国内和国际航线，主要直飞中国北京，乌鲁木齐，广州等城市。
因业务扩展需要，现需招聘以下职位：
Vacancy: Manager Marketing and Sales Shanghai（上海销售经理）
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop and implement effective sales strategy through the market research, the competitiveness analysis of offered products, partnership with sales agents to promote Airline’s brand and successful sales
To maximize revenue generation via all distribution channels, through the most effective and innovative sales, marketing and airline partnership campaigns within the agreed timescales and budgets.
To analyze the dynamics of sales volume across all channels including online, benchmark with the key competitors and meet the sales targets
To plan and organize activities of sales promotion, to establish the purposes and a sales plan
To take active part in development of the marketing plan, including participation in the most important exhibitions, agency seminars and webinars as individually, and together with airlines’ partners.
To control the implementation of business plan and commercial conditions of signed agreements with corporate clients, agencies, marketing agencies and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above
Work experience at least 3 years
Account management experience / previous airline experience
Proficient oral and written English skills (additional Russian skill is better)
Knowledge and active user of Amadeus, Travel Sky, intelligence data tools, BSP platform
