Comprehensive shipping process
Each parcel will be scanned and put into storage by our warehouse staff.
Once the goods have arrived, please contact customer service to arrange delivery and China star's warehouse staff will locate your parcel and take photos to confirm.
The packer will then remove the unnecessary packaging and take photos to double check with you.
After the customer has confirmed that the package is correct, the China star packer will start packing the package.
When it comes to a big volume of goods, Panda EU will pack them tightly and fill the gaps with bubble wrap.
In terms of special items, boxes and paper cases will be made for you in particular.
Completed packages.
The packer will measure the weight and volume of the parcel using a triangular ruler and weight scale, and the photos will be taken and sent to you to confirm.
Packed parcels will be placed in the shipping area, waiting to be loaded onto a trolley ready for shipment.
The different routes will be sent to the respective sorting center and transported to the airport.
In transit to overseas
On arrival, the parcel will be sent to customs, where the main courier companies are responsible for customs clearance.
Finally,the package is delivered to your home, you just need to sit back and wait for your parcel. Sign and collect it.
