关于“贸仲杯”国际商事仲裁
模拟仲裁庭辩论赛
“贸仲杯”是由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会举办，面向法学院校的仲裁法律专业年度竞赛。“贸仲杯”自2000年创办至今，已成功举办二十二届，吸引了来自两百余所海内外著名高等院校的2万余名学生参加比赛。
“贸仲杯”以促进中国及全球国际化仲裁法律人才培养为宗旨，通过同步引入国际先进模拟仲裁庭赛题、模拟实战等方式，推广仲裁制度，提升中国和国际广大青年学子的法律素养和仲裁实战能力。“贸仲杯”既是Willem C. Vis Moot国际商事仲裁模拟仲裁庭（“Vis Moot”）的国内选拔赛，也是Vis Moot认可的全球首场赛前赛，使用与Vis Moot相同的案例与仲裁规则，比赛语言为英文。本届“贸仲杯”还获得了Vis Moot、MAA、ICC、HKIAC、SIAC、VMAA、AIAC、RAC、KCAB等知名组织和机构的大力支持。
