Position
Sales Reprensentitive


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional clients such as designers, contractors, architects, home builders, and developers.

  2. Establish and grow partnerships with retail distributors to expand our brand’s footprint.

  3. Educate and promote product offerings through product demonstrations, presentations, and in-depth discussions of features and benefits.

  4. Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring all sales goals and KPIs are met.

  5. Work closely with the internal marketing and product teams to align strategies for customer engagement and market penetration. 

  6. Provide market feedback and competitive analysis to help shape future product offerings and improve our sales strategies.

  7. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.

  8. Coordinate with team leader to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products to customers.


Requirements:
          1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the kitchen and bath, home improvement, or construction industries.

          2. Proven track record of sales success in establishing and nurturing professional and retail relationships. 

          3. Strong understanding of the U.S. construction, design, and home improvement market. 

          4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both professional clients and retail partners. 

          5. Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize sales activities.

          6. Willingness to travel within your region to meet clients and attend events. 

          7. A passion for high-quality home products and a drive to promote and represent a growing brand. 

          Preferred Qualifications: 

          1. Experience in sales management or handling key accounts.

          2. Familiarity with the company's product range, particularly in the kitchen and bath segments. 

          3. Background in retail and distribution channels.
