Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the brand building, promotion strategy formulation and retail sales promotion execution in the Malaysian market, and be accountable for the brand promotion effect and the achievement of retail targets.
2. Plan and implement annual/quarterly integrated marketing plans, coordinate ATL and BTL marketing activities, including media placement, digital marketing, promotional activities and terminal experience optimization, etc.
3. Undertake the retail targets of major channels and stores in Malaysia, train and manage retail store sales assistants, enhance sales in key stores, and promote standardized management on the sales floor.
4. Deeply understand local user needs, market trends and competitor dynamics, continuously optimize product positioning and marketing strategies, and enhance brand competitiveness and user loyalty.
2. Over 5 years of marketing experience in the home appliance industry (such as kitchen appliances, water purifiers, etc.), with rich ATL and BTL practical experience, familiar with the Malaysian market, and those with relevant marketing experience in water machines (water purification equipment) are preferred;
3. Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay, with excellent multilingual communication skills and cross-cultural coordination abilities;
4. Result-oriented, with strong self-motivation, innovation awareness and execution ability, capable of independently leading projects and driving them to closure under pressure;
5. Skilled in data analysis and effect evaluation, able to quickly iterate strategies based on market feedback, with acute market perception and consumer insight.
