Overseas Sales Director/Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:

As one of the core managers of the global sales team, participate in formulating the group's strategic goals and decomposing relevant functional tasks. Lead the overseas regional sales team to analyze market conditions and specific customer profiles in Europe and America, and develop annual European and American market and business development plans. -
Responsible for expanding sales channels in the European and American international markets, selling non-standard automated equipment production lines to customers such as new energy battery factories and automobile OEMs, and providing intelligent manufacturing solutions. Identify potential customers through market visits, conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, and track payment collection to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets. -
Manage the European and American regional sales teams, including guiding, motivating, and evaluating them. Lead the team to achieve performance goals and coordinate internal resources to support the fulfillment of sales orders and performance targets. -
Participate in pre-sales service project management, assist in internal project delivery, support the project team in timely product delivery and after-sales support. Ensure the quality of after-sales service and track customer satisfaction. -
Responsible for optimizing the sales process in overseas regions.

More than 8 years of overseas sales experience and over 5 years of sales team management experience. Must have rich experience in developing overseas OEMs, as well as sales experience in automated production lines for auto parts or power battery assembly in large automation companies. -
Strong ability in independent customer development, as well as excellent skills in information collection, integration, analysis, and utilization. High pressure resistance and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. -
Good ability in organizing written reports, outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills, and adaptability to the fast-paced sales work. -
Familiarity with European, American, and Chinese cultures. Preference will be given to candidates with a U.S. visa, overseas work or study experience. -
Bachelor's degree or above, with fluent English proficiency (able to use English as a working language). -
Willing to work on-site in Kunshan.
