BD Manager
Responsibilities:
1. 招商策略制定:结合当地餐饮市场特点与品牌拓展目标,制定针对性的加盟商招商策略、招商计划及政策体系。
2. 加盟商开发与筛选:通过线上线下渠道及人脉资源,挖掘潜在加盟商;对意向加盟商进行资质审核、背景调查与实力评估,筛选符合品牌要求的合作伙伴。
3. 招商谈判与签约:负责与意向加盟商进行招商洽谈,详细讲解品牌优势、加盟政策及合作细节,解答加盟商疑问,推动合作达成;完成加盟合同签订,确保合同条款合规且保障双方权益。
Formulation of Franchisee Recruitment Strategies: Develop targeted franchisee recruitment strategies, plans, and policy systems based on the characteristics of the local catering market and brand expansion goals.
Franchisee Development and Screening: Identify potential franchisees through online and offline channels as well as personal networks; conduct qualification reviews, background checks, and strength assessments on interested franchisees to select partners that meet brand requirements.
Franchisee Recruitment Negotiation and Contract Signing: Be responsible for conducting recruitment negotiations with interested franchisees, elaborating on brand advantages, franchise policies, and cooperation details, answering franchisees' questions, and promoting the conclusion of cooperation; complete the signing of franchise contracts to ensure that the contract terms are compliant and protect the rights and interests of both parties.

3. 具备优秀的客户挖掘能力,能快速建立招商渠道;出色的谈判能力与说服力,可有效推动加盟合作;具备较强的服务意识与问题解决能力,能为加盟商提供专业支持。
1. Fluent in Chinese communication.
2. With experience in franchise management, familiar with the local franchisee market ecology, franchise policies and local business rules.
3. Possess excellent customer development capabilities and be able to quickly establish promotion channels. Have outstanding negotiation skills and persuasion to effectively promote franchise cooperation. Own strong service awareness and problem-solving abilities to provide professional support for franchisees.
