Decoration/Steel Structure QA Engineer

装修/钢结构QA工程师

Responsibilities：

1、该职位负责在项目现场执行机电系统、装修工程及钢结构构件安装阶段的质量保证 (QA) 与资料管理工作。包括审核施工资料、落实质量体系、监控安装质量、协调图纸与现场、负责钢结构焊接／涂装／安装节点质量、装修细部施工质量，并确保资料齐备、版本可追踪、验收流程完善，

2、工程、建筑、机电服务、结构或装修相关专业的大专或本科学历。结构工程、机电工程、建筑服务、建造管理等相关专业优先。

3、具备质量管理、工程资料管理或相关认证 (例如 ISO 9001、焊接／涂装／NDT 检测认证)者优先。

4、熟练掌握英语及马来语（口语、书写）以便与现场团队、顾问、分包商沟通。

5、在装修工程、钢结构工程或机电系统安装施工领域至少 3-5 年以上经验；

6、熟悉钢结构制作与安装流程，包括焊接、螺栓连接、预应力、涂装、防腐、无损检测 (NDT)、安装公差控制。

7、熟悉装修系统（隔墙、吊顶、铺地、设备接口、装修涂饰）施工工艺与质量要求。

8、熟悉资料控制流程：图纸／变更／施工记录／测试报告／竣工资料。

9、有良好的沟通、协调、报告撰写能力，能主持现场质量巡查／审核，并推动整改落实。

This position is responsible for conducting quality assurance (QA) and document management during the installation phase of mechanical and electrical systems, decoration works, and steel structure components at the project site. This includes reviewing construction documents, implementing quality systems, monitoring installation quality, coordinating between drawings and on-site conditions, overseeing the quality of steel structure welding/coating/installation joints and decoration detail construction, as well as ensuring complete documentation, traceable document versions, and sound acceptance procedures.
Possess a college diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, mechanical and electrical services, structural engineering, or decoration-related majors. Majors such as structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, building services, and construction management are preferred.
Candidates with quality management experience, engineering document management experience, or relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, welding/coating/NDT testing certifications) are preferred.
Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written) to communicate with on-site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in decoration projects, steel structure projects, or the installation and construction of mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiar with the steel structure manufacturing and installation processes, including welding, bolt connection, prestressing, coating, anti-corrosion, non-destructive testing (NDT), and installation tolerance control.
Familiar with the construction techniques and quality requirements of decoration systems (partition walls, suspended ceilings, flooring, equipment interfaces, decoration finishes).
Familiar with document control processes: drawings/changes/construction records/test reports/as-built documents.
Have good communication, coordination, and report writing skills, capable of conducting on-site quality inspections/audits and promoting the implementation of rectification measures.

Requirements:

1、制定／落实装修及钢结构工程的 QA 计划、检验测试计划 (ITP)、检查清单、施工节点验收流程。

2、审核装修与钢结构工程图纸、变更指令 (RFI／VIR)、施工方案，尤其关注钢结构焊接、螺栓连接、涂装、防腐、焊接无损检测 (NDT)、钢构安装定位／垂直度／水平度等节点。

3、跟踪现场钢结构制作／安装过程中的质量控制，包含焊接过程监控、涂装厚度检测、螺栓预应力检测、安装尺寸复核、热补偿／预埋件／孔洞／管线穿透／防火封堵等。

4、针对装修工程（如隔墙、吊顶、地面、装修涂饰、设备安装接口）执行质量审核／现场巡视／整改落实。

5、建立与维护资料管理体系，负责施工阶段的各类资料提交、图纸 revisions、测试报告、焊接记录、涂装记录、NDT 记录、验收报告、竣工资料归档。

6、与设计顾问、PMC单位、分包商、施工队、质检人员、资料团队密切协作，确保施工质量符合合同文件、设计规范、相关标准及公司内控体系。

7、识别质量偏差、不合格项 (NCR)，分析根本原因，推动纠正／预防措施 (CAPA) 的实施并追踪闭环。

8、定期组织质量审核／现场巡视／报告编写，汇报至资料与质量部经理／项目经理。

9、支持项目交付阶段，协助竣工验收、客户接口质量审核、资料提交、PMC验收文件准备／归档、运维培训，配合顾问复检及缺陷关闭等工作。

Develop/implement QA plans, inspection and test plans (ITP), checklists, and construction joint acceptance procedures for decoration and steel structure projects.
Review decoration and steel structure project drawings, change orders (RFI/VIR), and construction plans, with a particular focus on steel structure welding, bolt connection, coating, anti-corrosion, welding non-destructive testing (NDT), and steel structure installation positioning/verticality/levelness.
Track quality control during the on-site steel structure manufacturing/installation process, including welding process monitoring, coating thickness testing, bolt prestress testing, installation dimension verification, thermal compensation/embedded parts/holes/pipeline penetration/fireproof sealing, etc.
Conduct quality audits/on-site inspections and implement rectification for decoration works (e.g., partition walls, suspended ceilings, flooring, decoration finishes, equipment installation interfaces).
Establish and maintain a document management system, responsible for the submission of various documents during the construction phase, drawing revisions, test reports, welding records, coating records, NDT records, acceptance reports, and archiving of as-built documents.
Collaborate closely with design consultants, PMC units, subcontractors, construction teams, quality inspection personnel, and document teams to ensure that construction quality complies with contract documents, design specifications, relevant standards, and the company's internal control system.
Identify quality deviations and non-conforming items (NCR), analyze root causes, promote the implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and track their closure.
Regularly organize quality audits/on-site inspections and report writing, and report to the Document and Quality Department Manager/Project Manager.
Support the project delivery phase, assist in completion acceptance, customer interface quality audits, document submission, PMC acceptance document preparation/archiving, operation and maintenance training, and cooperate with consultants in re-inspection and defect closure.
