Responsibilities：

1、该职位负责在执行机电系统中弱电／低压／智能系统（ELV, CCTV, 安防,门禁,布线,网络/通信）部分的资料管理与质量控制工作。包括审核弱电系统安装质量、接口协调、图纸资料归档、质量审核与整改跟踪，确保系统安装满足设计规范、合同要求及公司内部质量体系。

2、弱电工程、建筑服务工程、电子／通信／机电服务或相关工程的大专或本科学历。

3、有质量管理、资料管理或弱电系统安装／测试经验者优先。

4、熟练掌握英语及马来语口语／书写，以便与项目团队、顾问、分包商、当地政府沟通。

5、至少 2-4 年以上弱电系统施工、安装、调试或测试经验（推荐 3 年以上）。对于参与数据中心、洁净室或高规格设施项目经验者为加分。

6、熟悉弱电系统构造：包括布线系统 (UTP/FTP/FO)、安防系统 (CCTV、入侵报警)、门禁系统、防盗报警、智能楼宇控制网络、弱电配电盘、连接／接地／屏蔽要求。

7、具备现场施工／安装阶段协调经验：能与强电、机电、结构、装修科目协调接口。

8、熟悉资料管理流程：图纸变更、竣工图 (as-built)、设备提交、测试报告、资料归档。

9、有良好的沟通、协调、报告撰写技能，能够跟踪整改、推动质量闭环。

10、理解并能运用质量管理工具／流程：如检查清单、ITP、QA/QC审核、不合格项处理 (NCR)、CAPA。

11、能读懂弱电系统的图纸、布线图、网络架构图、弱电配电图、接地／屏蔽细节。

This position is responsible for document management and quality control of the low-voltage/low-tension/intelligent systems (ELV, CCTV, security, access control, cabling, network/communication) within the mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems implementation. This includes reviewing the installation quality of low-voltage systems, coordinating interfaces, archiving drawing documents, conducting quality audits and tracking rectifications, to ensure system installation meets design specifications, contract requirements and the company’s internal quality system.
Hold a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in low-voltage engineering, building services engineering, electronics/communication/M&E services or related engineering disciplines.
Candidates with experience in quality management, document management, or low-voltage system installation/testing are preferred.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay to communicate with the project team, consultants, subcontractors and local government authorities.
Have at least 2-4 years of experience in low-voltage system construction, installation, commissioning or testing (3+ years of experience is recommended). Experience in data centers, cleanrooms or high-specification facility projects is a plus.
Familiar with the structure of low-voltage systems, including cabling systems (UTP/FTP/FO), security systems (CCTV, intrusion alarm), access control systems, anti-theft alarms, intelligent building control networks, low-voltage distribution panels, and connection/grounding/shielding requirements.
Possess experience in coordinating during on-site construction/installation phases, with the ability to coordinate interfaces with high-voltage, M&E, structural and decoration disciplines.
Familiar with document management processes: drawing changes, as-built drawings, equipment submissions, test reports and document archiving.
Have good communication, coordination and report writing skills, and be able to track rectifications and drive quality closure.
Understand and be able to apply quality management tools/processes, such as checklists, ITP, QA/QC audits, non-conforming report (NCR) handling and CAPA.
Able to read low-voltage system drawings, cabling diagrams, network architecture diagrams, low-voltage distribution diagrams and grounding/shielding details.

Requirements:

1、审核弱电系统（如 CCTV、入侵检测、防盗报警、门禁系统、布线 (UTP/FO)、弱电配电盘、UPS、消防联动弱电控制、网络/通信）相关的图纸、变更指令 (RFI／VIR)、安装方案与施工记录。

2、跟踪弱电系统施工、安装、测试、调试过程中的质量控制：布线敷设、穿墙／楼板管线预留／孔洞封堵、配线标识、弱电配电盘安装、设备就位、连接与接地／屏蔽要求、终端测试 (如链路测试、网络速率测试) 等。

3、制定或配合 QA/QC 计划、检验测试计划、检查清单针对弱电系统。

4、负责与机电、电气、结构、建筑装修等接口部门的协调，确保弱电系统与其它系统 (强电、消防、结构、装修) 的布线、预留、安装无冲突。

5、建立并维护资料管理体系：整理弱电系统施工图、竣工图、测试报告、调试记录、材质/设备提交（SSM, MDR）, 系统验收报告、竣工资料归档。

6、支持质量部推动问题闭环：识别／报告不合格项 (NCR)、协助根因分析、推动纠正和预防措施 (CAPA)、追踪整改结果。

7、定期参与现场质量巡视、资料审核、会议（如竣工交付会议）、并编写／提交质量及资料报告给资料与质量部经理／项目总经理。

8、确保弱电系统安装、调试及交付符合合同文件、设计规范、当地法规及公司内部标准。

9、负责培训资料／绘图／施工团队弱电系统相关的资料规范、质量要求、测试与验收流程，支持项目交付阶段，协助竣工验收、客户接口质量审核、资料提交、PMC验收文件准备／归档、运维培训，配合顾问复检及缺陷关闭等工作。

Review drawings, request for information/variation instruction (RFI/VIR), installation plans and construction records related to low-voltage systems (e.g., CCTV, intrusion detection, anti-theft alarms, access control systems, cabling (UTP/FO), low-voltage distribution panels, UPS, fire-fighting linked low-voltage control, network/communication).
Track quality control during the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of low-voltage systems, including cabling laying, pre-reserved pipelines/hole sealing through walls/floor slabs, wiring identification, low-voltage distribution panel installation, equipment positioning, connection and grounding/shielding requirements, and terminal testing (e.g., link testing, network speed testing).
Develop or assist in developing QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans (ITP) and checklists for low-voltage systems.
Be responsible for coordinating with interface departments such as M&E, electrical, structural and architectural decoration, to ensure no conflicts in cabling, reservation and installation between low-voltage systems and other systems (high-voltage, fire-fighting, structural, decoration).
Establish and maintain a document management system: organize low-voltage system construction drawings, as-built drawings, test reports, commissioning records, material/equipment submissions (SSM, MDR), system acceptance reports and archive as-built documents.
Support the Quality Department in driving issue closure: identify/report non-conforming items (NCR), assist in root cause analysis, promote corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track rectification results.
Regularly participate in on-site quality inspections, document audits and meetings (e.g., completion and handover meetings), and prepare/submit quality and document reports to the Document and Quality Department Manager/Project General Manager.
Ensure the installation, commissioning and handover of low-voltage systems comply with contract documents, design specifications, local regulations and internal company standards.
Be responsible for training the document/drawing/construction team on low-voltage system-related document standards, quality requirements, testing and acceptance processes; support the project handover phase by assisting in completion acceptance, customer interface quality audits, document submission, PMC acceptance document preparation/archiving and operation & maintenance training; and cooperate with consultants in re-inspection and defect closure.
