HR Director
Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of business strategies in Southeast Asia, establish and optimize the regional human resource management system, formulate annual HR plans and various HR budget controls for Southeast Asia, ensuring the synchronous growth of the regional HR system and business capabilities. -
Responsible for recruitment and staffing in Southeast Asia, build the regional employer brand, and ensure the continuous supply of talents in the Southeast Asian market. -
Improve the talent echelon construction in Southeast Asia, establish effective talent development and training mechanisms, and ensure smooth and efficient employee career development channels. -
Maintain and optimize the regional performance management system, strengthen performance management regulations, and ensure the fairness and rationality of performance evaluations for employees at all levels. -
Assist in formulating and implementing salary strategies and various incentive schemes in Southeast Asia, ensuring the effectiveness of the regional incentive mechanism. -
Assist in promoting and practicing corporate culture building in the Southeast Asian region. -
Assist in optimizing the regional organizational structure, clarify management authority at all levels, and achieve a balance between responsibilities and powers for each position. -
Improve and continuously manage basic HR operations in Southeast Asia, ensure the legal compliance of all HR-related businesses, and mitigate potential corporate risks.

Age 30-40 years old; full-time bachelor's degree or above; fluent in both Chinese and English (proficiency in multiple languages is a plus); familiar with the laws and regulations of various Southeast Asian countries. -
More than 8 years of human resource management experience, with a background in HR management of chain retail or catering enterprises (primarily franchise-based models). -
Strong HR management capabilities and service awareness, proficient in advanced HR management methods and practices. -
Excellent writing, presentation, communication, planning, and execution skills; proficient in OFFICE software. -
High professional integrity and ethics; strong team spirit. -
In-depth understanding of Chinese corporate culture; outstanding management capabilities, effective communication skills, and strong pressure resistance. -
Rich experience in employee relations management, with keen insight and data analysis capabilities. -
Strong cross-cultural communication skills; able to coordinate Chinese and foreign teams/organizations, and balance the needs of business departments with compliance requirements.
