Company Profile:
The company specializes in the production of special precision air conditioners and low-carbon environmental-friendly commercial air conditioners. After years of continuous development, it has now grown into a large-scale manufacturing enterprise of special air conditioners integrating R&D, design, production and sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for breaking down the company’s annual business and quality objectives within the area of supervision, and for supervising the implementation and evaluation of targets by subordinate departments.
2. Oversee the implementation, inspection, and supervision of system standardization, 5S management, and safe & civilized production within the responsible area; bear responsibility for any safety incidents occurring within the division.
3. Organize and execute production plans; coordinate production and material allocation; resolve issues arising from coordination among manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, and delivery to ensure the smooth operation of the entire production process.
4. Review and approve plans for the purchase, overhaul, or disposal of production equipment, auxiliary equipment, tools, and measuring instruments.
5. Review product standards and corresponding production, inspection, technical, and process documentation for each business unit.
6. Formulate and implement cost-reduction measures; control labor and material costs; and reduce administrative and manufacturing expenses of the division.
7. Maintain strict quality control; improve first-pass inspection rates and finished product qualification rates; and reduce quality loss rates.
8. Formulate, execute, and control the division’s budget to ensure completion of company performance targets.
9. Organize, review, and authorize internal regulations, quality management documents, process documentation, and detailed implementation guidelines within the scope of supervision.
10. Manage, train, and evaluate department personnel on a day-to-day basis.
1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Trained in strategic management, management capability development, production management, or lean manufacturing.
3. At least 5 years of production management experience in kitchen refrigerator or commercial beverage cabinet manufacturing.
4. Familiar with product characteristics and production processes of the division’s product lines.
5. Proficient in management knowledge and skills in human resources, quality management, and financial management.
6. Excellent command of on-site production management; proficient in Microsoft Office software.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills.
