Content Marketing Specialist / Content Marketing Manager

我们正在寻找一位擅长技术内容策划和行业传播的内容市场专员/经理，支持公司在数据中心领域的品牌建设、产品推广与客户认知提升。该岗位将深度参与内容的规划、撰写与分发，协同市场、产品和销售团队，共同打造具有影响力的专业内容体系。

We are looking for a skilled and tech-savvy Content Marketing Specialist/Manager to support brand development, product marketing, and customer education in the data center sector. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-impact content in coordination with marketing, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities：

•根据市场战略与产品特点，制定年度/季度内容策划方案（包括核心话题、传播节奏、发布形式）

Develop annual/quarterly content calendars aligned with marketing strategies and product positioning.

•撰写各类市场传播内容，包括但不限于技术白皮书、产品手册、客户案例、品牌故事、展会资料、网站内容等

Create various content assets such as whitepapers, product brochures, case studies, brand stories, event collaterals, and website copy.

•支持社交媒体和新闻发布内容创作，提升品牌在数字平台的影响力

Generate social media and PR content to enhance brand visibility across digital channels.

行业洞察与话题打造 / Industry Insight & Messaging: 

•紧跟数据中心、ICT、能源基础设施等相关行业发展趋势，提炼内容切入点

Stay current on trends in data centers, ICT, and infrastructure to identify relevant content opportunities.

•与产品及解决方案团队合作，提炼技术卖点并转化为客户易懂的传播语言

Work with product and solution teams to translate complex technical ideas into accessible, customer-oriented content.

内容分发与效果跟踪 / Distribution & Performance:

•负责制定内容分发策略，合理布局在官网、社交媒体、行业媒体、邮件营销等渠道

Develop and execute content distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels (e.g., website, social, industry media, email).

•监测内容传播效果，如阅读量、下载量、线索转化等，并不断优化内容策略

Track content performance metrics (views, downloads, leads) and adjust strategy based on insights.

品牌一致性管理 / Brand Consistency:

•确保所有对外内容符合公司品牌调性、技术准确性和行业专业性

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, technical accuracy, and industry credibility.

•管理内容模板、用词风格指南等规范性资料

Maintain content templates and style guides for consistency.

•本科及以上学历，新闻、传播、市场、英语、工程类相关专业优先

Bachelor's degree or above in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or Engineering-related fields preferred.

•2年以上B2B内容营销或技术内容写作经验，了解数据中心、ICT或制造行业尤佳

2+ years of B2B content marketing or technical writing experience; familiarity with data center, ICT, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.

•优秀的中英文写作能力，逻辑清晰、语言表达精准

Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English with clarity, structure, and persuasive tone.

•熟悉内容分发平台与工具，如微信公众号、LinkedIn、网站CMS、SEO/SEM、邮件系统等

Proficient in content platforms and tools (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, CMS, SEO/SEM, email marketing tools).

•具备良好的项目管理与跨部门协作能力，能同时推进多个内容项目

Strong project management and collaboration skills; able to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

加分项 / Preferred:

•有品牌文案、技术写作、演讲稿、脚本等多种写作形式的经验

Experience with diverse content forms including branding copywriting, technical writing, scripts, or speeches.

•有海外市场内容策划与英语母语地区读者撰写经验者优先

Experience creating content for global or English-native audiences is a plus.
