Market & Industry Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of development trends, potential opportunities, and challenges in high-potential sectors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia (e.g., technology, e-commerce, new energy, consumer goods). Summarize research findings in clear Chinese or English reports to provide professional support for the team's investment decisions. -
Project Sourcing & Follow-up: Proactively identify promising local startups in Indonesia, conduct preliminary project screening, and track the progress of key projects. Assist the team in conducting comprehensive due diligence on target investment companies to ensure the rationality and safety of investment decisions. -
Industry Network Building: Engage with local entrepreneurs, business leaders, industry experts, and partners in Indonesia. Establish and maintain long-term, stable communication and cooperation relationships to help the team gather more market information and high-quality project resources.

Indonesian nationality; bachelor's degree or above, with no restriction on major (majors in economics, management, science and engineering, humanities, etc., are all welcome). -
Strong curiosity about new industries, startups, and emerging trends in Indonesia; proactive in exploring "which sectors are growing rapidly" and "which startups have great potential." -
Internship experience in consulting firms, internet companies, or investment-related institutions is preferred (even short-term internships will help you adapt to the role faster and become a competitive advantage). -
Proficiency in both Chinese and English for work purposes. -
Excellent learning agility to quickly master knowledge of new industries; strong communication and coordination skills to interact smoothly with local Indonesian partners and collaborate efficiently with the Chinese team. -
Proactive, responsible, and self-driven: able to complete tasks with minimal supervision, take ownership of work outcomes, and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
