Workshop Director
Company Profile:
The company specializes in the production of special precision air conditioners and low-carbon environmental-friendly commercial air conditioners. After years of continuous development, it has now grown into a large-scale manufacturing enterprise of special air conditioners integrating R&D, design, production and sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize workshop production according to the production plan, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining product quality.
2. Responsible for workshop management, including production, quality, process, on-site layout, attendance, labor discipline, equipment, and material consumption management in compliance with company policies.
3. Supervise equipment maintenance and repair; ensure corrective actions for issues discovered during operation.
4. Coordinate and resolve various problems arising during production to ensure safe and orderly manufacturing.
5. Coordinate with other departments to promptly address production stoppages caused by materials or equipment, and report accordingly.
6. Organize production and review of new products and prototypes.
7. Conduct monthly material inventory checks, analyze variances in consumption, and assign responsibility.
8. Calculate and assess employee wages and performance.
9. Lead daily morning meetings to summarize the previous day’s performance and arrange daily work plans.
10. Train employees on special technical requirements for OEM products and confirm first-article samples.
11. Supervise quality control during production, enforce process discipline, and implement corrective actions when needed.
12. Participate in finished goods inspection and acceptance; investigate and correct inspection or shipment issues.
13. Participate in prototype fabrication and review during new product trial phases.
14. Participate in acceptance of tooling and equipment; confirm and approve qualified molds and equipment for production use.
15. Oversee workshop safety, sanitation, and site management; identify and rectify nonconformities.
1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields.
2. Trained in management development, production management, lean manufacturing, and product knowledge.
3. Over 3 years of production management experience in kitchen refrigerator or commercial beverage cabinet manufacturing.
4. Familiar with product structures, production processes, and technical aspects of relevant products.
5. Excellent command of on-site production management.
6. Skilled in operating workshop machinery and tools.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and coordination abilities.
