Company Profile：

A national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and global sales of photographic equipment accessories, with over 150 domestic and overseas patents.

Position：

HRGA officer

Responsibilities：

1. Early-stage: Site selection, lease negotiation, design and decoration → delivery of office and warehouse.

2. Later-stage: End-to-end management of local recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, administration, government/supplier liaison, and daily operations.

Requirements:

1. Chinese in Indonesia, proficient in Mandarin for work communication (fluency in English/Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).

2. Have priority experience in recruitment, administration, decoration projects, or real estate agency.

3. Be competent in negotiation, willing to work on-site, and highly responsible.

4. Be familiar with the supply chain, personnel policies, and industrial and commercial procedures in Tangerang and surrounding areas.

Work Location:

Tangerang, Banten (on-site)
