Position:
商务专员Business Specialist
Responsibilities:
1、负责与最终用户进行供货及安装合同的商务对接,包括但不限于合同起草签订、发票与收款、进口设备报关(与外包进出口公司对接)等;
2、负责公司项目投标、商务报价的审核与修订;
3、根据供货及安装合同要求,协调采购部和项目部,把控项目进度。
4、与分公司或跨部门对接,确保项目合同的执行及问题得到及时反馈。
5、 负责与客户进行各种商务对接及商务接待。
6、完成领导交待的其它临时性工作。

Responsible for business liaison with end-users regarding supply and installation contracts, including but not limited to contract drafting and signing, invoice processing and payment collection, and customs clearance for imported equipment (coordinating with outsourced import and export companies). -
Undertake review and revision of the company's project bids and commercial quotations. -
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department and Project Department to monitor project progress in accordance with the requirements of supply and installation contracts. -
Liaise with branch offices or cross-departments to ensure the execution of project contracts and timely feedback on issues. -
Handle various business communications and receptions with clients. -
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Bachelor's degree or above in business-related majors. -
At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a good image. -
Proficiency in office software. -
Proactive, rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude; ambitious with strong learning ability, communication skills and execution capability. -
Possess team spirit and good professional ethics; able to work under certain pressure. -
Priority will be given to candidates who can use English as a working language.
