Finance Supervisor

Assist the U.S. headquarters in handling the financial operations for the establishment of the Thai subsidiary, and build the Thai company's financial system from scratch. -
Manage financial affairs during the Thai company's preparation phase, including cash management, account receivables/payables, payments, bills, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. -
Handle cross-border financial matters, ensure the effective implementation of the headquarters' financial policies in the Thai subsidiary, and promote information sharing and policy consistency. -
Maintain communication with auditing firms, banks, and tax authorities to ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax filing requirements. -
Coordinate with the Chinese parent company to manage the Thai subsidiary's daily HR and administrative affairs, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding/offboarding, contract signing, social security contribution, policy implementation, and administrative reception. -
Fulfill other temporary tasks assigned by superiors and unlisted responsibilities.

Thai nationality, able to work stably in the Bangkok-Samut Prakan area. -
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; holding Thai government-recognized financial qualifications (CPD is mandatory); proficient in Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS). -
Language Proficiency: Thai and English (mandatory); proficiency in Chinese is a plus. -
Over 5 years of financial work experience, with at least 2 years in a similar supervisory role. -
Must have a financial background in the manufacturing industry (candidates without manufacturing experience will not be considered). -
Preferred: Experience in import and export business, or financial work in BOI-registered foreign-invested enterprises. -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in modern office equipment, office software, and financial management software. -
Clear thinking, rigorous logic, and strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems. -
Professional demeanor, emotional stability, strong learning ability, and approachability. -
Good team leadership, communication and coordination skills, and cross-departmental collaboration experience. -
High professional ethics and integrity. -
A proactive attitude towards learning and continuous hard work is a basic requirement.
