Quality Manager
Responsibilities:

Be responsible for formulating and decomposing departmental quality objectives, and supervising the performance and daily work execution of subordinate engineers. -
Grasp work progress through regular meetings and report reviews, and conduct task allocation and guidance. -
Organize departmental training to improve the team's quality awareness and professional capabilities. -
Overall manage the full-process quality status of incoming materials, production processes, shipment and customer complaints, regularly review key data and reports, and monitor quality trends. -
Preside over daily and regular quality meetings of the branch, and promote the collaborative resolution of quality issues by production, technology and other departments. -
Track and promote the implementation of various corrective and preventive measures to ensure the effective closure of quality issues. -
Lead the handling of customer complaints and major internal abnormalities, and coordinate resources for rapid response and containment. -
Supervise and follow up on the analysis of root causes of major issues by responsible departments, as well as the execution and effect verification of improvement measures. -
Be responsible for docking with the headquarters' Quality Department, accurately submitting support needs and promoting the localized implementation of headquarters strategies. -
Coordinate with internal departments such as production and technology to resolve quality disputes and remove bottlenecks in management processes. -
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Engineering, Biotechnology or other related majors is preferred. -
Familiar with the ISO13485 medical device quality management system. -
Possess practical experience in quality management. -
Have strong communication skills and team management capabilities.
