Position
Sales Director


Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales  strategies, business plans, and revenue targets for the Mexican market.
  2. Business Development: Proactively identify and explore new business  opportunities, including but not limited to telecom operators,  retailers, e-commerce platforms, enterprise clients, and distributors.
  3. Client & Partner Management: Establish, maintain, and deepen  long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners, acting  as their trusted advisor.
  4. Channel Development: Recruit, train, and manage local distributors  and channel partners to build a healthy and efficient sales ecosystem.
  5. End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from lead  generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, business negotiations  to contract signing.
  6. Market Insights: Continuously monitor Mexican market trends,  competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide decision support  for the company’s product positioning and marketing strategies.
  7. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as  Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure optimal customer  experience and drive joint business growth.
  8. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report sales performance,  pipeline status, and market insights to management, enabling data-driven  decision-making.

    Requirements:
      1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-Commerce, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields.
          1. At least 8 years of sales experience in Mexico’s technology industry  (e.g., consumer electronics, smart hardware, network equipment, telecom  solutions, etc.).
          2. Priority will be given to candidates with successful experience in  developing the Mexican market and building business from scratch.
          3. Preference for candidates with established client resources in telecom operators, large retailers, or technology distributors.
          4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English are mandatory.
          5. Outstanding business negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
          6. Strong strategic thinking ability and result-oriented execution.
          7. Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
          8. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
