Sales Director

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, business plans, and revenue targets for the Mexican market. -
Business Development: Proactively identify and explore new business opportunities, including but not limited to telecom operators, retailers, e-commerce platforms, enterprise clients, and distributors. -
Client & Partner Management: Establish, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners, acting as their trusted advisor. -
Channel Development: Recruit, train, and manage local distributors and channel partners to build a healthy and efficient sales ecosystem. -
End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, business negotiations to contract signing. -
Market Insights: Continuously monitor Mexican market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide decision support for the company’s product positioning and marketing strategies. -
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure optimal customer experience and drive joint business growth. -
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-Commerce, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields. -
At least 8 years of sales experience in Mexico’s technology industry (e.g., consumer electronics, smart hardware, network equipment, telecom solutions, etc.). -
Priority will be given to candidates with successful experience in developing the Mexican market and building business from scratch. -
Preference for candidates with established client resources in telecom operators, large retailers, or technology distributors. -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English are mandatory. -
Outstanding business negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -
Strong strategic thinking ability and result-oriented execution. -
Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
