Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the overall management of the company’s human resources and administrative work, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, office administration, and compliance matters. -
Lead the recruitment process for local employees, be familiar with recruitment channels, and maintain close communication with headhunters, platforms, and internal hiring departments. -
Handle employee disputes, appeals, disciplinary actions and other matters to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and employees. -
Optimize and maintain the company’s HR policies, processes and employee handbook; ensure that the company’s HR policies and operations comply with local labor laws and construction industry regulations. -
Assist in completing HR reports, internal audits, and HR-related planning and analysis. -
Be responsible for visa and work permit applications, renewals for foreign employees, and related affairs with the Immigration Department.

College degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors. -
At least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, with background in construction, engineering or engineering industry preferred. -
Familiar with local personnel laws and regulations, as well as common employment processes at construction sites. -
Familiar with visa and work permit application processes for foreign employees and government systems. -
Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. -
Malaysian Chinese, proficient in Chinese.
