我在重庆度过的三天转瞬即逝。这次旅行给我留下的只有十分美好的印象:美好的天气，热情的人民，令人目不暇接、千姿百态的风景……然而，当我俯瞰这座神奇的山城，它鳞次栉比的铠甲，它波光粼粼的锦衣，又不禁想到:几十年前战火纷飞的重庆如今早已今非昔比，它的繁华是和平给予的，这其中固然离不开人们不懈的奋斗，但是其根基之一在于中国政府在 70年前提出的“和平共处五项原则”，它让中国人在风云变幻的国际环境中坚定维护自己的政治立场，又以尊重、平等的姿态对待每个国家，这样我们才能在和睦的地球村里做朋友，商谈合作，共创未来。
The three days I spent in Chongqing flew by in an instant. This trip left me with only very beautiful impressions: wonderful weather, kind people, and dazzling landscapes. As I looked over this magical mountain city, with its layered armor and its sparkling brocade, I couldn't help but think: Chongqing, once ravaged by war decades ago, has long since transformed. Its prosperity is a gift of peace, which undoubtedly stems from the people's relentless efforts, but fundamentally also from the “Five Principles of proposed by the Chinese Peaceful Coexistence” government 70 years ago. Those principles have enabled the Chinese to maintain their political stance amid the changing international environment, treating each country with respect and equality. Only then can we truly foster friendship in a peaceful global village, discuss cooperation, and create a shared future together.
