Position Summary
What You'll Do
Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing (invoice verification, data entry, payment preparation)
Review travel reimbursement applications to ensure accuracy and completeness, and match them with relevant receipts and invoices
Support bank reconciliations and expense report checks
Help maintain accurate accounting records and document filing (digital and physical)
Contribute to month-end and year-end closing tasks
Assist with financial reporting (Excel, ERP, or accounting software)
Support budget tracking and cost analysis for internal projects
Participate in audit preparation and document collection
Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
岗位要求
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (if applicable)

Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools is a plus
语言要求
Language
Proficiency in French and Chinese, good command of Englishis a plus.
