致同学们：一起开启非凡的2023

亲爱的家长同学们：

黑夜终将过去太阳终将升起，涤荡起伏的人生总有许多意想不到的新开始。每个黎明都在旷野美妙的风景中破晓，这是我们即将开启非凡未来的2023年第一个清晨。

我们创造了一个理想国去启发孩子们的思想，去创造而不是扼杀机会。相对于传授孩子们知识，我们更愿意教授他们思考方法，建立科学思维体系，让他们有辩证思考能力、设计思维和创新精神，以应对21世纪即将开始的科技和社会大变革。

我们鼓励尝试犯错，错误意味着机会。我们鼓励争辩，希望你能倾听不同的意见，这不是妥协而是对真理的忠诚。承认错误也并不意味着失败，而是你走向博学的必经之路。真正富有智慧的教育，不仅在于探索了多少未知，更在于对现有观点的批判和反思；不在于收获多少新知，更在于在辩证思考中放弃多少错误的假设。我们无法预测未来，但教育我们的孩子具备创造性解决方案和跳出边界思考的能力是送给孩子们通向未来的礼物。

借用电影《洛奇》里的话，“重要的不是你出拳有多重，而是你能挨多重的拳并且坚持前行，这样才能取得胜利！”继续前行，我们将面对一个充满变数的世界。希望你们保持一颗强大自信的心，一颗能够直面脆弱的心，一颗开放接受未知的心，一颗面对遭遇苦难人们的同理心。抱怨黑暗不如提灯前行，去笑着拥抱世界吧，因为你的微笑可以治愈全世界，你拥有改变世界的力量，放手去做吧！

Dearest Utopian:

Even the darkest night will end, and the sun will rise, the twisting party of life leads to unexpected new beginnings, that each new dawn can break over wild and wonderful new landscapes. It’s the morning of the very extraordinary lives you have ahead.

We created the Utopia to open kids’ mind, to create pathways to promise rather than stifling opportunity. Rather than teaching knowledge, we are more willing to teach them how to think, establish a scientific thinking system, and equip them with critical thinking, design thinking and creativity to cope with the upcoming technological and social innovation in the 21st century.

we encourage trial and making mistakes which means opportunities instead. we encourage arguing with your partners if truth on your side. Listening to that which we may disagree is an act not of conciliation but of fidelity to truth. And admitting what we got wrong is no sign of failure but a necessary step toward knowledge. 

The mark of a great education consists not only of the new frontiers of knowledge we reach but if the existing viewpoints we reconsider. Not necessarily of the understanding we gain but if the assumptions we shed. 

we are not prophet, it makes sense to educate our children with the skills and capacity to think outside of the box with creative solutions, and this is a gift we prepare for children’s future.

I hope you maintain a strong, trusting heart. A heart that can still feel vulnerable, a heart that is open and tolerant to uncertainty. A heart that can relate to people who are still suffering in the world.
