Overview
We are seeking a professional and engaging Internal IT Trainer to support Client’s end-user training initiatives. This role is essential to ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary IT skills and knowledge to operate efficiently and securely within Client’s digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver structured training programs for end users on IT systems, tools, and security protocols.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, focusing on IT orientation and systems usage.
Develop training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
Provide one-on-one coaching and group workshops tailored to varying skill levels.
Collaborate with IT support and project teams to identify training needs and knowledge gaps.
Track training effectiveness through feedback surveys and performance assessments.
Maintain documentation of training sessions and participant progress.
Support change management initiatives related to new technology rollouts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT training or instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, AV tools).
Excellent presentation and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience with e-learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Canva).
Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus.
