Part I: Account Management
Account management mainly introduces you to how to query your account performance reports and income & expense reports, as well as the manual recharge and profit withdrawal.
First of all, I would like to give you a brief introduction to the key concepts of the console homepage:
▪️ Account Level: a total of 2 levels, level 2 and 3, all new agents default level 3 (the corresponding commission is 15%), when the number of new users invited reaches 500, you can contact customer service to apply for upgrading to level 2 (the corresponding commission is 20%, and you can develop your own downline agents, and enjoy an additional 5% commission on the total performance of downline agents);
▪️ Basic Account: used to provide users with a deduction account for manual recharge, and the basic account fee can be recharged through WeChat or transferred to the basic account through the profit account;
▪️ Profit Balance: The account you receive the commission to the account, which can be used to withdraw or transfer to the basic account to provide users with manual charging and deduction fees.
▪️ Today's Transactions Statistics: You can provide an overview of the account performance, income and expenditure, and registration data of the day.
▪️ Agent Account Management: You can Recharge your Basic Account, Profit Withdrawal, Performance Reports, Income and Expense Reports, etc.
1. Profit Withdrawal: As shown in the figure below, the agent profit can be withdrawn, the default withdrawal to the WeChat account balance, after submitting the withdrawal, the administrator needs to review (completed within 48h), after the review is passed, the EASYCALL service account message will notify you that the withdrawal is successful.
2. Performance Reports: Record the daily, monthly and total performance data of the agent's users, including the amount and number of user recharges, and the statistics of user recharges.
3. Income & Expense Reports: Record detailed income and expense data for agency accounts on a daily, monthly, and total basis.
Part II: User Management
As shown in the figure below, user management is mainly divided into two parts: VIP users and new registered users.
1. VIP user: If the agent invites users who register EASYCALL to recharge and use it, they can see the user's cumulative recharge amount and times.
2. NEW Reg:If the agent invites a new user who has successfully registered, you can see the user ID and registration time.
3. In more options,you can query the user's Recharge Record and Check Credit(balance);
4. Recharge: If it is not convenient for your users to recharge by themselves, you can also help users recharge, you can click the green Recharge button on the user management page in the figure below to recharge the user directly, or you can click the Manual Recharge button at the bottom of the page to enter the User Manual Recharge page, and enter the user ID/phone number to recharge(Recharge can be done through WeChat Pay and Profit Balance transfer).
Knock on the point, there are two situations for agents to recharge for users ! ! !
1. If the recharge user is your direct customer (through the user you invite), you can get all the commission after recharging, if your commission is 15%, then you can get 15% commission for recharging the user.
For example, if you manually recharge 100 yuan to your users, and your level is level 3, then you can get 15 yuan commission.
2. If the user who recharges is not your direct customer (not the user you invited), you can get 5% commission for recharging, and the 5% commission will be borne by the user's direct agent.
For example, if you manually recharge 100 yuan to a user who is not directly under you, then you can get a 5% commission, that is, a commission of 5 yuan, and if the user's direct agent is level 3, then the user's direct agent can get a commission of 15-5=10 yuan. That is, the total commission remains the same, but the commission is split between the two parties in proportion.
