We are pleased to announce that Paramount Skydance Corporation (PSKY) has entered into an agreement to sell Chilevision to Vytal Group LTD, a holding company controlled by Tomas Yankelevich.
Chilevisión is a dynamic media business in Chile that combines strong free-to-air television leadership with a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem. The Company delivers premium entertainment, news, and sports content through its national network, FAST channels, and social platforms.
Vytal Group is led by Tomás Yankelevich who will partner with Jorge Carey and Edgar Spielmann to operate Chilevisión. Together, the group brings deep industry expertise and is well positioned to strengthen and expand the Chilevisión brand.
Raine served as financial advisor on the transaction alongside co-advisors G5 Partners in Brazil and Moonvalley Capital in Chile.
