2019年12月,欧盟(EN)针对LTE终端CE认证标准ETSI EN 301 908-13作了版本更新,新版本ETSI EN 301 908-13 V13.1.1预计2020年4月份列入欧盟的官方公报(Official Journal of the European Union) RED指令当中。另外ETSI EN 301 908-1作为同系列标准,主要是定义了辐射杂散和UE控制及监测的测试方法及要求,该标准也随之更新至ETSI EN 301 908-1 V13.1.1。
以下具体分析标准ETSI EN 301 908-13新旧版本的差异性:
1、 与旧版本相比,新版本定义的频段增加了band31/46/65/67/68/69,且对band28的收发频段新规定:band28发射带703-736MHz、接收带758-791MHz,新版本规定的频段信息如表1所示。

2、 载波聚合测试频段方面,新版本增加了:带间2CA载波聚合频段CA_1_46、CA_3_46、CA_7_46、CA_42_46、CA_20_67;新版本规定的载波聚合频段如表2所示。

3、 新版本标准增加了NB-IoT测试要求,主要定义内容有:
1) 定义了NB-IoT要求的测试频段为Band1, 3, 8, 20, 28, 65。
2) 定义了category NB的信道带宽和发射带宽配置参数。

4、 新版本标准增加了UE category M1测试要求,主要定义内容有:
1) 定义了UE category M1要求的测试频段为Band1, 3,7, 8, 20, 28, 31。
2) 规定了category M1的测试项目具体如下表所示:

5、 新版本标准针对4.2.4 Transmitter Spurious Emissions中共存杂散的测试要求进行更新,包括了共存频段的更新以及部分频段的限值要求更新
6、 新版本中所有载波聚合发射机测试项增加的测试内容具体如下:
1) 增加上行带内连续载波聚合CA_8B的测试要求。
2) 增加上行带间2CA的测试要求。
7、 新版本中所有载波聚合接收机测试项增加与band46组合的载波聚合测试内容,具体的case如下表所示:
