Rosenberger had the opportunity to host the Rosenberger Technology Day in Lagos (Nigeria) the 6th and 7th of June 2018 at the Intercontinental Lagos Hotel. Nigeria continues its trajectory down the increasingly widening highway that is the African mobile internet market. With a current internet penetration rate of 53 % (about 97.2 million users) Nigeria has one of the highest mobile internet penetration rates across the African continent (vs an 18% average for the region), reason why Rosenberger has been working during the last few years locally establishing strategic partnership and promoting a wide range of products and services.
Among the participants of the event were all of the main operators in the region including MTN, Airtel, 9 Mobile, Smile, and others who actively joined the discussion that included some of the latest industry trends, Rosenberger’s newest base station antenna and connectivity technology solutions.
