1211日,第二期English Upskilling Bootcamp(英语提升训练营)集合啦!智拓盛通会议室依然座无虚席、洋溢着热情与欢笑。在跨境电商节奏工作中,一小时虽然珍贵,但这一小时带来的远不止是一场语言练习,而是一场精心设计的“跨文化浸润”。在这里,集团各部门从最基础的日常对话出发,锻炼的是走向海外不可或缺的沟通力与洞察力。

本期课程从地道问候与电影畅聊两个轻松场景展开。集团商务中心Passant老师通过情景模拟与现场同事进行演练对话,带领大家学习如何打破How are you?”的刻板表达,用更地道的语言开启有温度的对话。

直播部南霖老师以词汇竞猜,一句话总结影片、聊角色设计互动环节,邀请在场各位从各自喜爱的电影出发,在Talk Time”中畅所欲言帮助大家实现“看完”电影,“看懂”并“聊透”电影

活动结束后训练营为大家布置了课后作业,要求中国籍同事拍摄电影讲解视频,外籍同事同步挑战中文设计,为中外同事理解全球消费者的情感需求打开一扇窗,让市场与内容团队可从中洞察出叙事在不同市场的大爆逻辑,策划出直击人心的营销内容;品牌团队也能捕捉影片中的情感脉络,让品牌故事更具时代感、感染力。

每一次英语角,都是智拓盛通集团中外员工共同参与的一场“软实力”构建。它看似在说生活,实则指向工作;看似在练表达,实则培养逻辑。智拓盛通相信,能聊天、会聊天的人,才能做好全球交流与合作。

English Training Camp Session 2 | How to Have a Great Chat with Your International Partner!

On December 11th, the second session of the English Upskilling Bootcamp gathered! The Zhituo Shengtong conference room was still packed, filled with enthusiasm and laughter.

In the fast-paced work of cross-border e-commerce, although one hour is precious, it brings much more than just a language practice. It is a carefully designed "cross-cultural immersion". Here, various departments of the group start from the most basic daily conversations, honing the indispensable communication skills and insight necessary for going overseas.

This session of the course unfolds from two relaxed scenarios: authentic greetings and casual movie chats. Teacher Passant from the Group Business Center conducted a dialogue practice with on-site colleagues through scenario simulation, guiding everyone to learn how to break away from the stereotypical expression of "How are you?" and initiate warm conversations using more authentic language.

In the live broadcast segment, Teacher Nanlin conducted interactive activities such as vocabulary guessing, summarizing films in one sentence, and discussing character design. He invited everyone present to speak freely during the "Talk Time" based on their favorite films, helping everyone to "watch", "understand", and "discuss" films thoroughly.

After the event, the training camp assigned homework for everyone, requiring Chinese colleagues to shoot film explanation videos, while foreign colleagues were challenged to learn Chinese simultaneously. This design opened a window for Chinese and foreign colleagues to understand the emotional needs of global consumers, allowing the marketing and content teams to discern the explosive logic of narratives in different markets and plan marketing content that strikes a chord; the brand team can also capture the emotional thread in the film, making the brand story more contemporary and compelling.

Every English corner is a joint effort by Chinese and foreign employees of Zhituo Shengtong Group to build "soft power". It seems to be about life, but in fact, it points to work; it seems to be about practicing expression, but in fact, it cultivates logic. Zhi Tuo Sheng Tong believes that only those who can chat and are good at chatting can achieve global communication and cooperation.
