对于外贸人而言,WhatsApp早已是再熟悉不过的拓客工具,月活超30亿,无需提前添加好友就能直接发送信息,借助它开发客户,成了每个外贸人的必备技能。


WhatsApp是许多国家中最受欢迎的聊天应用程序,包括巴西、德国、印尼、意大利、荷兰、沙特阿拉伯、泰国和土耳其等,尤其是阿根廷、香港、印度、马来西亚、墨西哥、新加坡和西班牙,用户渗透率超过80%。


今天我们就来分享通过WhatsApp开发外贸客户的方法+话术模板,助你订单满满。

WhatsApp养号


养号小TIPS:通过一些小技巧,来顺利渡过新手期。


一机一号不更改:注册完成后第一时间完善自己的个人信息,一次性确定好名字和头像,后期不要随意进行更改,更不要来回登录登出不同WhatsApp账号。


添加已知好友聊天:先添加一些熟悉的客户/同事,互相保存添加为好友。每天给3-4个人发消息,最好纯文字发20条以上。双方默认好友关系时,不会产生封号风险。


定期发布优质动态:日常可以发布一些个人动态(不要带产品的推广链接),让WhatsApp算法判定你是一个正常且优质的用户。


控制加发消息数:前期一定不能建群,发消息的次数和时间也需要进行控制,模拟正常用户行为,逐步增加次数,不要频繁大量发送。

WhatsApp沟通话术


WhatsApp所发信息的内容上需要注意,很多客户急功近利发硬广,又或者是不注意打招呼的内容,第一句话就能把对方聊死,造成的结果就是别人觉得你没礼貌,直接封禁你的对话或者不回复你。常见的有自报家门、抬高对方、提供价值、交个朋友等。


①简短礼貌+清晰自我介绍

Hi [Name], I'm Leo from HONGMOULD in China. I noticed your company operates in the [industry] sector, and I thought you might be interested in the high-quality [product name] molds we manufacture.


②凸显专业+提问引导互动

We have over 10 years of expertise in [product] molds and have partnered with clients across [region]. May I ask if you are currently sourcing these products?


③热情问候+精准对接需求

Hi Ahmed, this is Mia from YSal. I'd like to personally say hello and check if you are the right contact for sealant sourcing.


④推进订单+低压沟通

If everything meets your expectations, I can prepare the Proforma Invoice (PI) today. Feel free to let me know your thoughts.

WhatsApp沟通技巧


发送时间:客户所在国家工作时间9:00–11:00/14:00–17:00。


发送内容:一次只发一句简短内容,不要一开始就发长篇介绍和catalog。


文化适配技巧:

①中东/北非客户

开头用“Dear [Name]”替代“Hi”;增加宗教节日祝福(如Eid Mubarak);避免使用红色(部分国家文化禁忌)

②拉美客户

使用更多表情符号;接受更随意的语气(“Hola qué tal!”);提及足球/家庭等文化符号。

③北欧客户

保持简洁直接;强调环保/社会责任认证;避免过度热情。
