Notice of Rights Protection
Recently, we have received feedback from the public that there are unauthorized imitation of our patented product “Manned Flying Saucer-shaped eVTOL" or use of the“Zhihang Drone” trademark for commercial activities in the market without our company's authorization. Hereby, we solemnly declare that all infringing entities must immediately cease infringement. Otherwise, our company will actively collect evidence and take administrative or judicial measures such as complaints and lawsuits to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests.
The summary of various infringement incidents is as follows:
Without our company's authorization, you have illegally copied our company's “passenger flying saucer” products (patent numbers: ZL 2020 3 0769562.9, ZL 2021 2 0907011.3, ZL 2023 2 2405266.1, ZL 2023 3 0690775.6, ZL 2023 2 2399709.0, ZL 2023 2 2405619.8), and used the counterfeit products for public performances at events/exhibitions, marketing promotions, and other commercial purposes.
2. Without our company's authorization, you have used the trademark “Zhihang Unmanned Aerial Vehicle” (Registration No.: 15876172A) in the registration of enterprise names, activities/exhibitions, marketing promotions and other commercial occasions.
3. Impersonating “Shenzhen Smart Drone UAV Co., Ltd.” to sell related products and deceive consumers, causing consumers to mistakenly seek after-sales service from our company, which has seriously damaged our company's reputation.
Our company supports fair market competition and will resolutely safeguard its own legitimate rights and interests. We have a zero-tolerance attitude towards the listed infringement incidents and other unmentioned ones. We urge all infringing entities to immediately cease their infringement! At the same time, we welcome the public to actively report any infringement incidents.
