IEEE 2026新晋Fellow名单正式公布

IEEE官方网站上正式发布了2026 IEEE新晋Fellow名单。今年共有350人当选，新晋成为IEEE Fellow。IEEE Fellow是为在IEEE所关注的领域中做出了非凡成就的IEEE会员保留的一项荣誉，每年由同行专家在做出突出贡献的IEEE会员中评选产生。
