Living in Two Cities, Trading Space for Time

This was the original idea of the project. When fast-paced Shenzhen and slow-paced Huizhou met here, when the ideal life and the pure beauty interwove here, when the prologue of the present life and the vision of the future life converged here, our enthusiasm for life was aroused again. Therefore, the door of time was opened and a journey of looking for the silhouette of the beautiful life began. 

CIFI-Smile微笑大堂作为旭辉CIFI-7体系的核心产品，从生活与生命体验出发，将“微笑”的符号变身升级为场所记忆的活动载体，将深层次的社区价值显性表达。通过抽象化的符号表达，用“微笑”的力量塑造社区生活的仪式感，将“微笑”价值观融入到生活的追求中，从而赋予项目独特的精神属性。

CIFI-Smile Lobby, as the core IP of CIFI-7 products, started from living and life experience, transformed the symbol of “smile”  into a carrier of site memory, and expressed the community value explicitly. The symbol was shown abstractly, the power of the smile was used to create the sense of ritual of community life, and the value of “smile” was integrated into the pursuit of life, thus giving the project unique spiritual attributes.

The CIFI-Smile curve was magnificent and elegant. The hotel-style drop-off lobby is superior and distinguished. The flow of light and shadow in the pool welcomed the return of the owners with the homecoming ceremony.

As the first smiling block in Huizhou, CIFI-Smile had its own symbol. Whether zebra crossings, shops, steps, or facade buildings, all of which features gentle curves and warm radians. CIFI-Smile made the community become an ATM to store the smile of every owner. Sitting under the shade of an olive tree in CIFI-Smile Block, chatting with friends symbolized the value of the real business and the wonderful interpretation of community life.

As a child-friendly community, the design inspired from the concept of seeds, which could be divided into Seed Paradise (for 0-3 years’ children), Leaf World (for 3-6 years’ children), Forest Adventure Island (for 6-12 years’ children) and Forest Flying Bridge (for full-age children). The growing process from seeds to trees stimulated children’s interests in exploration, and led them to run, jump, drill, crawl, swing, and sit, which embellished children's childhood.

Codiaeum variegatum, alpinia vittata, brachyscome angustifolia, gypsophila paniculata, Iris pseudacorus, sedum lineare. The colorful flower border decorated the site romantically and beautifully, adding warmth and tenderness to the space.

The blue waves of the pool glistened in the sun, the summer wind blew through the silver dates, and the laughter spread to the pool. These scenes were the beginning of the ultimate relaxation and the immersion of a comfortable life. The ripples of water in the sky made you wonder where the sky was and where the water was, even the space was more for a free holiday.

When the water was splashing everywhere and the light and shadow were swaying, a dialogue between time and space was launched, which made people feel the change of natural situation as hazy and poetic as a dream.

Living in a well-ordered urban network, we yearn for the breeze blowing on our face, the blue waves, the beautiful fairytale world, and everything that can make life better. Therefore, we capture the interest of life into the community life so as to arouse the happiness and warmth in my heart. Time travels here and stays here. When we meet it, we also see the future.
