前言：

PREAMBLE

人口老龄化是21世纪的重大社会问题。当前我国人口老龄化趋势逐步加剧，老龄群体成为了社会的弱势人群。本设计旨在给当地老年人提供一个舒适的大家庭生活环境，并予以人性化护理服务，使老年人的生活质量得到提高。

Aging population is a major social problem in the 21st century. At present, the aging trend of Chinese population is gradually intensified, and the aged group has become a vulnerable group in the society. In order to provide a comfortable family environment for the local elderly, and give them humanized nursing services, so that the quality of life of the elderly could be improved.

01 项目概况

PROJECT OVERVIEW

和泰中心位于中国广东省佛山市顺德区北滘镇，毗邻两大岭南特色公园，是一所社区融合型娱乐康复性养老综合体，创造性地开创了一种新型养老模式。

Located in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, adjacent to two lingnan characteristic parks，Hetai Center is a community integration entertainment rehabilitation pension complex, creating a new pension model.

全区贯穿人性化设计以及无障碍设计，引入在地艺术与文化记忆符号，以康复理念与疗愈园林的结合辅助老年人重新拥抱新生活。

Humanized design and barrier-free design are integrated throughout the district, and local art and cultural memory symbols are introduced to assist the elderly to embrace a new life with the combination of rehabilitation concept and healing garden.

现代国际化的建筑立面形态，流畅的曲线形体相互交织形成多层次的花园、休憩平台、活力庭院。和泰中心设有老年门诊、餐厅、演艺厅、日托中心、老年大学、智慧展示区与智慧活动区等，景观点缀以当地特色艺术蚝壳景墙，打造“社区融合型娱乐康复性养老综合区”。

Modern international building facade shape, smooth curve form intertwined to form multi-level, open platform, dynamic courtyard garden, with elderly outpatient service, restaurants, performing arts hall, day care center, university of old age, wisdom, exhibit, intelligence activity area, etc., dotted with local art oyster shell wall sign, build "fusion type entertainment community rehabilitation endowment heddle area".

02 景观愿景

DESIGN VISION

景观设计积极思考如何体现在地文化、如何打造空间的温度感及如何满足使用者老有所依等多元需求。场地重点营造文化归属感与村落记忆，重塑人与人的亲情链接与生活烟火气息，以“平等、快乐、互助、健康、参与”为设计理念营造家的温暖。

How to display the local culture, how to feel the temperature space , how to make the old users in accordance with such diverse demand, we pay much attention to construct cultural sense of belonging and village memory, reshape human affection fireworks links and life breath, in order to regard "equality, joy and mutual aid, health and participation” as the design concept, build a warm home.

景观提炼当地非物质文化遗产“香云纱”的柔软线条、水乡肌理以及古村落的元素，以地域景观语言诠释现代生活方式。

Refine the soft lines of the local intangible cultural heritage "Xiangyun Yarn", the texture of water town and the elements of ancient villages, and interpret the modern lifestyle with local landscape language.

以“亲水、色彩、听觉、自然材质”为灵感元素打造既适合个体静思又兼具群体活动的多功能空间。

Create a multi-functional space suitable for individual meditation and group activities with "water-loving, color, sound and natural materials".

03 文化印记

CULTURAL IMPRINTS

通过挖掘回收利用当地历史建筑材料，我们将承载地域文化特色的蚝壳与红砂岩用古法工艺砌筑，重现岭南建筑材料的历史演变，用匠心述说历史。

The local historical building materials are excavated and recycled. The oyster shell bearing regional cultural characteristics is turned into red sandstone, and the ancient technology is used to build the masonry, so as to reproduce the evolution and development of lingnan historical building materials and tell them the history.

艺术蚝壳景墙是承载着历史变迁的活建筑文化遗产，充满了岭南建筑的历史与记忆。

The art oyster shell landscape wall bears the living architectural cultural heritage of historical changes and the memory of lingnan architectural time and history.

佛山是岭南盆景的代表流派发源地，我们将提供一个摆放盆景的场所来修剪品鉴盆景，在激发长者兴趣特长的同时增添其生活乐趣。

Foshan bonsai is the representative genre and birthplace of lingnan bonsai, through pruning and tasting bonsai, stimulate the interests of the elderly, add fun to life.

粤剧是岭南文化中的瑰宝，粤剧场的打造给长者带来的不仅仅是精神上的享受，更是情感的凝聚与文化生活的丰富，它表达了老年人对美好生活的向往。

Cantonese opera is the treasure of Lingnan culture，which brings the old people not only spiritual enjoyment, but also emotional cohesion, riches cultural life and yearning for a better life.

04 心灵关怀

PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE

我们采用动物疗法的设计理念，在中庭处结合茶楼设置了锦鲤鱼池，点缀象征长寿的罗汉松。宠物作伴增强了长者与环境及他人的互动，有效提升他们对康养生活的认可及接受度。

The design is combined with animal therapy, and the koi fish pond is set in the atrium combined with the teahouse, and the podocari is dotted with the symbol of longevity. The companionship of pets enhances the elders' interaction with the environment and others, and enhances their recognition and acceptance of a recreational life.

“佛龛”是祈求福德平安的精神寄托和信仰标志，设计延续当地传统习俗，旨在给予长者精神支持，让老年人心有依托拥抱温暖。

The buddhist shrine is the spiritual sustenance and religious belief of praying for the safety of ford. It is designed to continue local traditional customs, give spiritual support, and make the elderly to rely on them and embrace warmth.

园区中创造了一个友好的花园空间，老年人可以积极参与蔬菜种植的园艺工作，在耕种和收获中取得成就感，得到身体和精神上的放松。疗愈花园使人体能量恢复到自然平衡的状态，成为老年人社会和心理需求的庇护所。

We create a friendly garden space where the elderly can actively participate in the gardening work of vegetable planting, and get a sense of accomplishment in the farming and harvest, so that the people in the garden can relax physical spiritually.Healing gardens restore human energy to a state of natural balance and serve as shelters for the social and psychological needs of the elderly.

通过疗愈性活动、五感疗愈等非药物疗法打造疗愈花园，筛选安全且具有观赏性的药用植物，让身处花园中的人身心放松、心灵安静。

Through therapeutic activities, five senses therapy and other non-drug therapies, we select safe and ornamental medicinal plants, so that people can be physically and mentally quiet.

疗愈花园 - 药用植物

Healing Garden - Medicinal Plants

植物选择原则：1. 观赏性：色彩鲜艳、气味芬芳、观赏性佳的药用植物。2. 安全性：无毒无刺。3. 可持续性：易栽活繁殖或取材容易、欣赏期长、维护管理容易。高花台或垂直的墙面绿化，使老人或行动不便者在园艺工作中节省体力。

Plants - Selection principle：1.Ornamental: Brightly colored, fragrant and ornamental medicinal plants. 2.Safety: Non-toxic and thornless. 3.Sustainability: easy to plant and propagate or easy to take materials, long appreciation period, easy maintenance and management.High flowerbeds or vertical green walls provide gardening for the elderly or those with limited mobility to save energy.·

药用植物品种：双色茉莉、麦冬、薄荷、君子兰、藿香、金银花、益母草、射干、鱼腥草、鸢尾等。

Medicinal plant species：Two-color jasmine, Ophiopogon, mint, clividium, patchouli, Honeysuckle, Motherwort, Herba houttuynia, iris, etc.

农艺疗愈 - 蔬菜

Farm Therapy - Vegetables

植物选择原则: 1. 观赏性：株型美观、气味芬芳、叶色鲜艳、花形奇特。2. 安全性：无毒无刺。3. 参与性：选择便于老年人进行培土、锄草、浇水、种植，烹饪、市场销售的蔬菜品种，同时须易栽活、繁殖或取材容易、欣赏期长、易于维护管理。

Plants - Principles of Selection：1. Ornamental: beautiful plant type, fragrant smell, bright leaf color, strange flower shape.2. Safety: non-toxic and thornless.3. Participatory: soil, weeding, watering, planting, cooking, marketing and easy to plant live, reproduction or materials easy, long appreciation period, easy maintenance and management.

蔬菜品种：薄荷、紫苏、矮生番茄、草莓、金针菜、罗勒（九层塔）、芫荽、菜枸杞、番薯、淮山、丝瓜、南瓜、黄秋葵等。

Vegetable species：Mint, perilla, dwarf tomatoes, strawberries, goldenrod, basil (ninebark), coriander, vegetable wolfberries, sweet potatoes, Chinese yam, loofah, pumpkin, okra, etc.

05 微气候调节

MICROCLIMATE REGULATION

立体垂直的绿化空间和天井艺术中庭改善了场地风环境，调节了场地温度、湿度微气候，提升了空气质量的同时缓解城市雨洪，补充完善市政海绵系统。

Improve the wind environment of the site through three-dimensional vertical green space and patio art atrium, regulate the temperature and humidity microclimate of the site, and enhance the air quality. Alleviate urban rainfall and flooding, and supplement and improve the municipal sponge system.

园区内通过打造综合活动场地，盆景园，粤剧场，佛龛与疗愈花园等节点空间，增强老年人对气候变化的可适性及自我心理调节能力。

Create nodal spaces such as comprehensive activity space, bonsai garden, Cantonese opera field, Buddhist niche, and healing garden to enhance the adaptability of the elderly to climate change and self-psychological adjustment ability.

06 无障碍设计

BARRIER-FREE DESIGN

人性化关怀以及无障碍设计等细节在选材、植物品种以及施工工艺上都更加严谨，以达到既美观又便于老年人使用的目的。

Humanized care and details such as barrier-free design, more rigorous in the selection of materials, plant species and construction techniques, in order to achieve both aesthetic and easy to use for the elderly.

07 全龄活动

FULL AGE ACTIVITY SPACE

创新性设置开放的多年龄层适用设施凝聚提升了场地人气，促进了长者与儿童的互动与交流，实现健身和情感双愉悦体验，打破老年人内心孤独感。

Innovative multi-age facilities are set up to unite and enhance the popularity of the site, promote the interaction and communication between the elderly and children, achieve fitness and emotional happiness, and break the feeling of loneliness.
