随着杭州经济的发展崛起，城市骨架正在不断扩大、向东拓进，其中位于杭城东大门——由城东新城、艮北新城、钱江新城组成的核心商务组团，成为了城市多中心发展下的关键一环。Aedas院士及全球设计董事温子先博士（Dr. Andy Wen）、执行董事刘燕带领团队，在其中的核心区域，基于TOD模式打造了产商结合的地标建筑杭州钱唐商务中心。

With the rise of the development of the Hangzhou economy, the urban skeleton is constantly expanding to the east, which is located in Hangzhou City East Gate, and has become a key link in the multi-centre development of cities. Aedas Fellow and Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen and Aedas Executive Director Nicole Liu led the team to build a landmark building combined with manufacturers Hangzhou Qingdao business center in the core area.

项目距离杭州东站一公里，南邻城市主干道，场地内设有公交始发站，地下联通两条地铁线，西侧直通机场快线，另一侧直通连接杭州西站、杭州东站和杭州机场三大交通枢纽的地铁19号线，交通条件极佳；且毗邻公园绿地，景观视野极佳。

The project is located one kilometre from Hangzhou East Station. Adjacent to the city’s main road, it is connected underground to two subway lines, with western side having direct access to the airport express line. The site includes a bus terminus with easy access to all three major transportation hubs, while adjacent to the park area enjoying a stunning view.

面对形状不规则的紧凑用地，设计需合理布局总部办公、甲级写字楼、商业零售以及公交场站在内的多元功能业态，基于此团队提出了以“聚”为核心的“站-院-园”规划理念，让业态之间彼此分离又相互连接。“这是个地理位置极为特殊的地块，我们希望基于TOD模式将区域价值最大化，让交通枢纽与综合业态完美融合，充分激发地块潜能。”刘燕说道。

The irregular shape of plot requires a reasonable layout of multiple functions including headquarters offices, Grade-A office buildings, commercial retail and bus terminus. The team proposed ‘Station-House-Park’ as the planning concept with ‘gathering’ as the core, creating a separated yet interconnected layout. ‘This is a distinctive geographical location. We aim to create a transportation hub based on the TOD model, to fully stimulate the potential of the area.’ Nicole says.

Seamlessly connected to the city

设计采用围合式布局，各功能塔楼沿街而设，通过首层架空的形式，在紧凑的城市空间中，为地块西北侧的公交场站退让出充足空间，并与北侧的公交管理用房一同，以半围合的形式构建出内部院落。院落的中央区域设有下沉式庭院，作为公交、地铁的无缝换乘大厅。团队通过巧妙地布局规划，梳理出朝向北侧城市公园以及南侧住宅的开敞面，形成轴线通廊，将景观视野最大化，并结合首层景观形成兼具生态的完整步行空间，实现商业空间与公共空间的无缝衔接。

Designed with an enclosed layout, the functional towers are located along the streets. By utilising an elevated first floor, it creates ample space for the bus terminus on the northwest side, and together with the office building on the north side, forming an inner enclosed courtyard. The central area features a sunken courtyard, serving as a seamless transfer hall for buses and subways. Through layout planning, the team embroidered the open spaces of the north city park and the south residential area, forming axial corridors to maximise the panoramic views. Combined with the ground-level landscape, it creates a complete pedestrian space that integrates ecology, ensuring seamless integration between commercial and public spaces.

建筑理念以“石”为灵魂，选取“金石为开”作为设计概念，沉稳圆润的四方磐石，经过精心雕琢，形成了大小不一且略带弧度的规整形态，并在体块表面镌刻出轮廓不一的形体凹槽，无论是从不同街角亦或是空中俯瞰，皆可以欣赏到立面的三维变化。凹槽处的通透设计，展露着璞玉般内核的无限可能，呼应园区及周边城市形象的同时，蕴含了对地块的无限期许。

The architectural concept revolves around the ‘stone’ as its soul, with ‘unveiling the golden stone’ as the design concept. The solid square rocks, meticulously carved, form regular shapes of various sizes with slight curves. The surface of the blocks is engraved with different contours, creating three-dimensional variations from different angles. The permeable design of the notches displays the infinite possibilities of the core like jade, echoing the image of the park and the surrounding city.

立面设计采用简洁窗墙手法，在简约中营造出典雅大气的建筑形象。同时窗墙形式结合灯光设计巧妙控制了玻璃比例，降低了光污染，减少了建筑对居民区的影响。

The façade design adopts a simple window wall technique to create an elegant architectural image, whilst the combination of the window wall and lighting design controls the glass proportion, reducing light pollution and minimising the impact of the building on residential areas.

“我们希望这不只是地标性的产商建筑，更是城市生活的重要组成，为市民提供更多的公共空间，为城市带来视觉之美。”温子先说道。

‘We hope that this is not just a landmark commercial building, but also an important component of urban life, providing more public space for citizens and bringing visual beauty to the city.’ Andy says.
