行业分析师（ Industry Analyst ）
工作地点：上海、北京
岗位职责：
1.负责二级市场大消费或互联网相关行业领域的研究和分析，给出对投资机构有帮助的研究结论；
2.善于运用各类数据进行大消费或互联网行业和公司的分析；
3.协助资深分析师搭建消费或互联网行业、公司的分析模型及核心指标，参与数据产品的设计以及交付；
4.协助跟进客户需求，定期更新行业或公司变化，向机构客户提供各项研究服务。
Main responsibilities:
1. Perform research and analysis of major consumption in the secondary market or relevant industries in the IT sector, and provide useful research results for the investment constitutions;
2. Excel at data analysis for the major consumption and IT sector, as well as relevant companies;
3. Assist senior analysts to build analysis models and develop core indicators of the consumption and IT sector and relevant companies, and participate in the design and delivery of data products;
4. Follow up customer demands, keep track of the latest changes in relevant sectors and companies, and provide research services to institutional clients.
任职要求：
1.有过二级市场研究、咨询公司、基金公司或券商研究工作经验者（1年以内）优先考虑，经验优秀者可放宽至应届生；
2.985、211本科及以上学历，经济、统计、数学、金融、计算机、社会科学或者其他计量专业等相关专业背景者、海外留学背景优先；
3.熟悉一种数据语言者优先，如Python/R/Mysql等；
4.有洞察力和创新意识，快速学习能力强，适应高强度挑战；
5.英语达到商务应用水平，阅读与撰写报告、邮件、文档无障碍。
Requirements:
1. Experience in secondary market research, or consulting, fund, or securities companies (within 1year) preferred; fresh graduates with competitive experience are welcome to apply;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in universities of Project 985 or Project 211 in economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, computer, social science, or other relevant metrology majors; overseas study experience preferred;
3. Preferably familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/R/Mysql;
4. Insightful and innovative, fast learner, and able to work under high pressure;
5. Business English level, able to read and write reports, emails,and different types of documents.
金融机构销售经理（一、二级市场）
工作地点：上海、北京、香港
岗位职责：
1. 准确理解客户需求，持续跟踪现有客户的反馈，以确保续约率；
2. 协同投研分析团队提供专业化的研究服务工作，安排路演、电话会议、举办沙龙等日常营销活动；
3. 维护及开拓一、二级市场客户，深化客户接洽沟通，多形式解决客户问题，提升客户满意度；
4. 根据产品特点，挖掘有效的销售线索并进行跟进与转化。
任职要求：
1. 统招本科以上学历，金融经济相关专业优先；
2. 1-3年以上一、二级市场客户工作经验，或5年以上服务金融机构工作经验，其中有券商研究所工作经历、第三方研究服务、专家咨询服务机构、金融信息服务工作经历者优先考虑；
3. 有创业精神，喜欢挑战，积极主动，人际沟通能力强，上进心强；
4. 英文熟练，需要用英文进行书面或口头沟通；
5. 对数据、一/二级市场有基本的兴趣，有良好的客户服务意识。
招聘经理 ( Recruitment Manager )
工作地点：上海
岗位职责：
1.负责金融事业部招聘工作，根据公司人才需求，负责相关岗位的招聘工作，完成招聘任务,有医药招聘经验优先考虑；
2.充分利用各种招聘渠道，研究招聘技巧和招聘方法，突破重点岗位的人才引进，确保完成招聘任务；
3.候选人的电话沟通、初面、背景调查、薪酬谈判、跟进录用审批流程，入职跟进等工作；
4.负责招聘表格的整理汇总，确保各类资源和信息的完整性和有效性；
5.协助完成其他临时性的人事项目。
Main responsibilities:
1. Recruit relevant personnel in the finance business unit according to the company’s talent strategy and demand; medical recruitment experience preferred;
2. Make use of various recruitment channels and methods to recruit top talents for important positions and make sure the recruitment goals can be fulfilled;
3. Communicate with candidates through phone calls, carry out the first-round interview, perform background investigation, negotiate on salary and compensation, handle follow-up enrollment procedures such as giving offers and gaining approvals, etc.
4. Collect and sort out the recruitment forms to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of various resources and information;
5. Assist with other temporary personnel projects.
任职要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，医药类专业优先考虑；
2.年以上咨询公司或者猎头公司招聘工作经验，熟悉医药类行业研究员、产品经理等岗位招聘渠道；
3.具备一定的猎聘思维，掌握良好的沟通技巧，能够挖掘和维护行业人脉资源；
4.具备良好的抗压能力，工作积极主动，自主能力强；
5.英语书面能力良好，口语熟练尤佳。
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, medical major preferred;
2. More than 3 years of recruitment experience in consulting companies or headhunter companies, preferably familiar with recruitment channels of medical and pharmaceutical industry researchers, product managers, etc.
3. Familiar with headhunting and recruitment, possesses good communication skills, and able to discover and manage relationship with talents in the industry;
4. Able to fulfil tasks under pressure, take initiative, and work independently;
5. Good writing skills in English required, fluent in spoken English preferred.
