Responsibility and Mandate
The position holder has full responsibility for the project and mandate to secure actions and investments needed to reach the financial- and time targets set by the owners.
Placement in the organization
The position reports directly to the CEO of KEAB and holds a chair in the Management Board. The SPD will have two direct reports responsible for the two sub-projects and work closely with the Construction Manager and Site Manager.

Education
Preferably a technical education on an academical level such as Civil Engineer or similar.
Experience
To succeed in this assignment, we expect the candidate to have completed one or more projects of a similar caliber and to have extensive experience of the planning and production phases in the large and complex projects segment. The candidate should be accustomed to large and highly competent project organizations and it is a merit to have worked with international clients in such contexts. We also require the candidate to have worked with tall residential buildings and it is particularly advantageous to have worked with slipforming, climbing formwork and/or curtainwall on taller buildings, as well as with tenants gradually moving in as production continues. We also expect the candidate to have well-documented and successful experience in management. As this is a role involving multiple contact interfaces, we require good collaborative and communicative capacity and that the candidate is accustomed to working in international corporate cultures. As a person, the candidate should be flexible and like getting things done. He/She works independently and prioritize appropriately. In addition, He/She has a good sense of structure and is motivated by the complexity of large international projects. A project of this type is not for everyone!

We are looking for a senior manager with a direct and clear leadership that inspires the team to take initiatives and work together in the flat hierarchy and trustful environment of Serneke. We expect the candidate to embrace humbleness and respectfulness.
