Responsibilities:
• Collect, evaluate and communicate applicable laws & regulations to ensure regulatory compliance on SHE. Develop monthly SHE newsletter for WAW
• Organize annual internal PAR audit
• Risk assessment for business driving. Organize defensive driving training
• Global Covid-19 management
• Risk assessment for team building and business activities
• Responsible for global office safety
• Organize global SHE activities for improving SHE awareness and foster a positive safety culture
• Organize monthly MOW SHE meeting
• Perform periodic SHE inspections/audits to identify potential hazards and improvement opportunities. Follow up the corrective actions established with the team.
• Monthly global SHE topic sharing
• Assist in completing quarterly global SHE reports
• Assis in building WAW SHE standards
• Make annual SHE training plan and assist in developing capability of SHE coordinator and management
Requirements:
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Excellent PC skills
• BS or above degree in mechanical engineering, environmental or occupational health and Safety sciences or equivalent combination of training & experience. 5 or above years SHE related work experience in industry and manufacturing environment for multinational company
• Good knowledge of SHE laws and regulations
• Knowledge in ISO14001 and ISO 45001 or similar SHE management system preferred.
• Good knowledge of SHE regulations and SHE technical, e.g. machine guarding, firefighting, electrical safety, chemical safety, occupational health and so on
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork player
• Willing to short-term business trip
