雷诺斯（中国）根据政府最新通知对运营作出的调整

随着武汉新型冠状病毒（2019-Ncov）的迅速扩散，大中华区正在经历一段艰难的时期。为了控制该地区的感染人数，国务院要求推迟农历新年后的复工时间。因此，雷诺斯大中华区各分公司将按照以下时间安排复工：

• 2020年2月3日——香港

• 2020年2月10日——上海、北京、天津、成都、广州、南京、宁波、青岛、深圳、苏州、无锡、厦门、大连
  

• 2020年2月14日——武汉

我们知道此次疫情让很多人陷入了紧张和慌乱之中。雷诺斯中国公司的首要任务是确保我们的员工始终享有最佳的健康和福利。为此，我们将允许员工在延长休假期间在家办公，以免业务和运营受到全面影响。

我们将与国家和地方当局密切合作，帮助遏制病毒的传播，并将密切关注疫情的发展变化。同时，我们卓越的团队将在今后一段时间内尽我们最大的能力为您提供支持。

机场、海港和海关的运行

由于当前疫情，我们在处理您的货运订单时难免会有一些延误。以下是大中华区的最新情况。

• 香港：机场、海港以及从香港到中国大陆的跨境运输都照常进行。

• 中国大陆：根据政府公告，主要航空公司和远洋班轮将推迟到2月9日恢复运营。海关部门将从2月3日复工，但工作人员会有所减少。复工后，将优先清理紧急物资。

• 台湾：一切时间安排照常。

Dear Valued Customer,

Greater China has been going through a tough time as a result of the rapidly spreading Wuhan Coronavirus (also known as the 2019-Ncov). To help contain the number of affected people in the region, the State Council has requested for delayed opening of offices after Lunar New Year. As such, Rhenus Greater China’s different branches will only be back to office as per the schedule below:

• 3rd Feb 2020 - Hong Kong

• 10th Feb 2020 - Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Wuxi, Xiamen, Dalian
  

• 14th Feb 2020 - Wuhan

We understand that these are stressful times with a lot of confusion all around. Rhenus Logistics’ utmost priority is to ensure optimum health and wellbeing of our employees at all times. As such we will enable our staff to work from home during the extended holiday period to avoid complete disruption of business and operations.

We will cooperate fully with the National and Local authorities in helping to curb spread of the virus and will be monitoring the situation very closely. In the meantime, our capable team will be there to support you in the coming period to the best of our abilities.

Functioning of airports, ocean ports, rail stations and customs offices

Due to the current situation, it is unavoidable that there may be some delay in processing your cargo. Below is the situation for Greater China as per latest information.

• Hong Kong: Airport, Ocean port and Cross border from Hong Kong to China are working as per usual.

• Mainland China: As per government announcement, the major airlines and ocean liners will delay resuming operations till 9th Feb. Train schedules for rail freight will also experience delays and suspensions till further notice. The Customs department will resume work from 3rd Feb, albeit with reduced staff. Priority will be given to clearance of emergency supplies.

• Taiwan: No changes in any schedules.

In the event of any cancellations or schedule changes, our staff will notify you immediately and will work with you for alternative solutions.
