About the Role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role requires expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance applications. You will work on developing new features, maintaining existing systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that support our mission of transforming global payments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Spring Boot for backend services and React.js/Vue.js for frontend interfaces
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces that align with UI/UX designs
Implement business logic, data models, and database schemas
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full application stack
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements and deliver features
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
Maintain deployment pipelines and oversee application releases
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
2–3 years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Hands-on experience with React.js and Vue.js, including component architecture and state management
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (MyBatis)
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle, Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn)
Strong knowledge of Git-based version control workflows
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment (AWS)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching solutions (Redis)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest)
Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT)
Experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain-related projects
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
