“We primarily focus on meeting the unmet needs of both freight forwarders (FFRs) and cargo owners,” Jerry stated at the outset. In an increasingly competitive market, relying solely on low freight rates and high manual labor is no longer sustainable.
“人工成本占货代公司的百分比平均一般是60%-70%多都有可能”，黄总基于多年行业经验如是说。这一数据直指行业核心痛点——如何提升效率，降低人力成本，成为货代企业可持续发展的关键。
“Labor costs typically account for 60% to 70% or more of a FFR’s total expenses,” Jerry noted, drawing from his years of experience. This highlights a central challenge: improving efficiency and reducing labor costs are key to sustainable growth for FF businesses.
不是在卖科技，而是分享实践经验

几年前，黄总就已经投资了一家AI科技公司Blue X，并帮助长荣海运搭建了订舱平台Green X。但黄总强调：“我并不是在卖科技的，我只是想把这个经验分享给到无论是大中小型的货代，如何把它整合到自己的系统里头，去帮助自己提升效率。”
Years ago, Jerry invested in an AI tech company, BlueX, and helped Evergreen Marine build the GreenX booking platform. However, he emphasizes, “I’m not here to sell technology. I want to share what actually works—helping FFRs, whether large or small, integrate available tech resources into their own systems to improve efficiency.”
