我们将于今年九月在哈明克伦（Hamminkeln）启动我们新的多用户中心的建设工作。这个未来的新址预计将在2026年秋季完工，届时将为来自不同行业的客户提供近55,000平方米的物流空间。

Room for growth: We will begin construction work on our new multi-user centre in Hamminkeln in September. Our future location, which is scheduled for completion in autumn 2026, will offer almost 55,000 square metres of logistics space for customers from various industries. Thanks to its close proximity to the A3 motorway, the logistics centre has excellent transport links and fits perfectly into our existing logistics network in the Lower Rhine region, with locations in Emmerich and Bocholt.

As with all our construction projects, a particular focus in Hamminkeln is on sustainability. Mineral wool insulation, energy-efficient LED lighting, heat pumps, a PV system covering the entire roof area, automated building management technology, smart monitoring tools, EC-40 standard and gold certification from the DGNB: our new location in Hamminkeln means another important step towards sustainable logistics for us.
