DSV is able to bridge Asia to Latin America through the Shanghai Star charter with its weekly scheduled routes originating from PVG in Shanghai to RFD in Chicago. Upon arriving in RFD gateway, cargo is transferred to connecting flights bound for other countries in Latin America. This route provides access to key industrial and consumer markets in North, Central, and South America. The destinations from this network are Bogota, Buenos Aires, Guadalajara, Manaus, Mexico City, Santiago, and Sao Paulo with other destinations in Latin America by request.
